I do wish their were more horror based shows or movies from the original versions of the Grimm Tales. The real versions and in a Korean or Japanese mindset would be amazing.

Also if you look between the lines in what Gwi says to Tae Ho (his maker) he wasn’t a bad guy in the beginning. He was being trained by him. He chooses to be the power needed to defeat the enemy. Is he viewed as evil because of his body count? Or who his victims are? Perhaps if he hadn’t threatend KSY then they wouldn’t have been swore enemies.

Very good point. But What sort of creature is like that? It’s all about having what you do not and mostly likely taking the blood covered path to get there. Name one creature that is not selfish. Of course some take the path of selflessness but in turn it makes the other characters selfish. Every story is the “The grass is greener on the other side”
Does it have to be with kids, though? I'm sure if the genders were reversed, you and many others wouldn't be singing…
Not every relationship is a perfect sharing. Both girls and guys at any age can be willing to please the other at any cost that lead to emotions that neither have any experience with. Is it the inexperience that’s uncomfortable? Or just the age numbers?
It is interesting how western countries now prefer the happy Disney ending, where eastern countries usually stick with the sadder version and leave viewers with heartbreak.
While doing a Wikipedia history lesson on the western discovery of Korea I found out that 16th century danish explorers were ship wrecked on Jeju island and were captives till they escaped years later. Perhaps that’s how the fairy tales were spread through the country?
White Christmas was one of my first series. I found it because of Lee Soo Hyuk in Scholar who walks the night. I was blown away by the eerie location and after each time i watch this I try to imagine how each character is a monster in their adult life. Would they all still be alive? Would they have careers that help save people or careers that allow them to appear ‘good’. I would hope Angel would appear perhaps bringing them together.
I really felt bad for the scarred girl. She was telling the enemy everything every time! And even though you could see the assassin want to tell her the truth there was no end for them. There wasn’t even a scene of her wondering where he was or what happened to him. ????
