Yeah you are correct that some couples can go through i alot, though i personally feel that after someon cheated it might just not be the right fit(and im not talking about just a kiss for cheating). But coming back to the series i personally just didnt feel a strong romantic relationship anymore in season 2, not like in season 1. They to me felt more like friends to me in s2, but im probably in the minority with that.

I feel like the non-fanservice ending is probably around 10 minutes, i really liked the conversation he had with his friends

In ep 5 i honestly didnt want them to get back together. I think it would have been very refreshing to have seen an ending where the bl couple doesnt end up together.
To show tje audiance that the world and people change, and that you cant always keep clinging on to the past(them being in a relationship), but that you can still treasure the past (them being friends and having astrong bond for the rest of their lives).
Since they were both so young i think it would have made a lot of sense for them to not get back together, they both made their mistakes (mainly teh). Their relationship is just doesnt come across as very geniune, they just dont seem like the couple to be together for live with all the problems they had from the beginning.
But i understand the choice to do the typical bl&romance ending, otherwise some fans would have been angry.

No i think you wouldnt understand the serie anymore, but you could skip some scenes in the first episodes. And yes it does get better, it just doesnt get very good in my opinion. There are however people who really liked it, i personally just feel a little bit disconnected to the main characters and story

I have now watched 9 episodes and it is true that the first episodes are not that great, the show becomes better after the 2/3 episode. But i still personally dont think the show is great since i am again losing interestafter only 9 episodes. The main problem this sow has is that it has no villain, not really anyway, i still have no clue what he want since he has next to no screentime. Because of this i just feel like the story is not going anywhere. Above that the main couple it self also is not that great and some characters that were a lot in the first 6 episodes just randomly didnt return for the next few episodes.

So unless you really dont have anything to watch i wouldnt recommend starting this show, the main actors arent that great and the writing is really lacking, but some charactrs are interesting and the story idea itself is also fun to watch.
