This show is a mess. How does bullying someone increase their self-confidence? I'm starting to wonder if these…
The rape scene...I could not roll my eyes hard enough. So stupid and such a cheap way to add “drama.” Came out of nowhere and finished in a blink of an eye, adding nothing at all to the story. So they’re telling us that Pure just hangs out with people who commit sexual assault like it’s nothing? (Assuming that’s the one you mean; I’m only up to episode 10 lol)
It’s the PureFolk for me. Petition to get them their own show! I’m over IttPai. Itt reminds me of BL leads from 2016-ish and Pai’s flat affect, while once somewhat charming, has worn thin. Now I just question Win’s acting skills. Their storyline feels dated for some reason.
may I ask in what ways you felt it used stereotypes? and what stereotypes?
Oh gosh it’s been a while since I watched it so I’m not sure how detailed I can be lol. But from what I remember, I felt like the characters were just two-dimensional. The poor folks were “good” and the rich folks were “bad” with little in-between, which to me felt stereotypical. The characters acted as I expected them to and didn’t seem to have a lot of depth. The ending/message/moral was typical and expected (except for some over-the-top scenes that felt more sensational than impactful). I’m sorry—I can’t really remember too many other specifics from the movie that made me feel that way, but that was part of it! ^^
Once again Solo shows his true self.... jealous of a little orphan boy who just lost his adopted mother... then…
Thank you!! I was like, is this man really jealous over a small child?? Come on. He’s started giving me creep rather than endearing vibes for the past few episodes.
I know a lot of people like the main couple, but my god they bore me to tears lol. They seem so miserable all the time and their story has no dynamic whatsoever (although now with the fiancé maybe that’ll bring some drama, even if it is cliche). Also, I am so over Solo’s ridiculous possessive jealousy. I don’t mind the Khim/Dr. storyline as much as some, but I also just don’t care about it. At this point I am only watching the PhuKao scenes.
You're just saying that because this is not your cup of tea. I think you have been exposed with all the NC scenes…
Oh, that makes more sense within the context of their comment I guess, but I've never seen that abbreviation used lol I have seen it used for non-con though so that’s what I first thought.

Lol I know. Also, I don't know what it has to do with anything. No one has said anything about NC other than that user so it kind of came out of nowhere.
With only three more episodes left and what feels like so much more to do, I finally understand why people were disappointed with so much time spent in high school lol. I wonder if they’re going to do a season 2. If they do, I hope they don’t try to rush everything here, even if means a less than happy ending, and instead take whatever time they need to finish out this story as they should.
I was fairly impressed with this drama towards the beginning, but now it’s kind of turned into another bland, indistinguishable BL for the most part. I wish they had kept some of those elements we saw earlier (like the storylines and relationships with the parents and the children) and fleshed those out more while keeping it intertwined with the BL. I know that probably would have meant something different than the book on which this is based, but at least it would have been something different and exciting. Not to mention it just feels incomplete, like some other things that I don’t wanna spoil. There’s just too many Chekhov’s gun-esque issues that are driving me crazy lol
Just my thoughts though. Been wanting to “rant” for a while haha
Just watched a clip of the MV and I can already tell the romantic tension between these two is gonna hit me right in the feels. They look like they have great chemistry!
Parm is just one year younger than Kao and Jedi And he has almost the same physique as Phu according to the novel.…
Yeah when they said he was only a year younger than Kao I was shocked! He really looked like a middle schooler. Maybe once we see him standing up or something it’ll help, but his face still looks so young haha
I really liked the prequel and definitely recommend you watching it! I think the reason this isn’t being hyped…
True lol. Yeah, I'll watch some as they air and if I'm watching too many airing shows, I like to wait for those to finish and then by that time, the other ones I want to watch are finished or almost finished, so it kinda works out that way for binging lol. Too much to keep up with in my mind otherwise. It's definitely hard for some shows though!
Also, that Untamed nod in the beginning...bonus points right there lol
