Come on now, no one is throwing hate at this series. Just because people don’t like it and state their problems…
Ahh I got you. I thought you were referring to people on here since that’s where you commented lol. I didn’t see the stuff about Aki or his comment, but that does suck that people are attacking him and calling him homophobic (it sounds like at worst it was ignorant, but at best misunderstood—I’m inclined to agree with you and go with he was referring to that classic yaoi and BL trope, “I’m not gay, just gay for you.”). Yeah people should take that energy and put it towards something that matters. At most they should just drop a polite comment addressing what he said, but anything beyond that seems unnecessary. But I’ve seen hardcore BL stans up in arms over arguably minor things in other contexts, so sadly I’m not surprised.
Are there multiple subbers for this or are various accounts posting the same subs on different channels? If it’s the former, any recs on who has the best English subs? ^^
Is it true that the producers are trying to censor the reactors who don't like the series? When they put the warning…
Agree completely. I haven’t looked much further into this, so I don’t know how often they’re doing it, but just this one incident alone rubbed me the wrong way :(
There’s also a smallish comment thread lower down on this page. I didn’t watch the content creator’s video so I can’t speak to it personally, but from the summary someone provided, it kind of sounds like the director got his feelings hurt and did the strike. Maybe the creator used too much of the original video in theirs and that warranted the strike, but I’m curious to know if other videos that used the same amount of video but only praised the show survived getting copyright stricken. YouTube’s process for reviewing copyright strikes sucks anyway because it seems they pretty much always ignore the fair use exception. :/
I don't want more people trowing hate at this series please??? This one helped me a lot about myself and I was…

That’s true, good points! I honestly forgot all that stuff so I guess it means that to me, his bad traits way overpower his good ones. So I should say his good qualities don’t outweigh the bad lol. Ughh it’s a shame because I like that he’s not your typical BL ML; if only he was more likeable.
Thank you, and you're right! There's also a posse of people who are promoting Pinoy series in general so this…
Agree! Well, I’m a huge fan of reviews and comments that don’t just blindly praise something for the sake of praising it (good critique or bad, as they’re the ones that are actually helpful) so thank goodness there are still users who don’t trust this site as a fan page lol
I like your review! I honestly wonder if people would still praise this show as they do if it didn’t include the hot sex(ish) scenes. I think it’s interesting that a lot of the comments discuss all the negatives of this show but still try to justify liking it so much (like, just say you’re rating it highly for the smut and move on lol)
Am I the only one who thought it was odd that they (Judah) allowed Glenn to stay at J and R’s home during the pandemic when everyone is supposed to be quarantining? lol And am I misunderstanding—at the time, did Judah not know whether he had Covid or not? I thought it was cleared up but then they started talking about the rapid tests, which made me think he wasn’t sure and therefore potentially exposed Glenn to the virus. Not trying to be uptight about it. It just stood out to me since this drama is based around self-isolation because of the coronavirus.
