I feel like it mostly comes from the higher-ups though, like them deciding how the actors' personal lives and relationships get portrayed to the public (which is to say, not at all--kept in secret). They probably can't control Bright's girlfriend to the same extent if she doesn't work for them, but I'm sure they have some say in what Bright puts out there, on some level.

Ughh wow I knew he had a girlfriend but didn’t know she was so petty like that! All I have to say is sis, jealousy is not a good look. Honestly she might want to be careful; with how big the fan base is and how savage they can be, and with the attention she’s already drawn from this, I can see how it might backfire and negatively affect Bright (as in, GMM might do something to protect themselves from indirect damage and backlash). Sounds out there, but I wouldn’t put it past them given how big they are and what the BL market/fandom is like; I also feel like the higher-ups probably won’t tolerate the drama this brings. Also, can someone please tell me what she said in her tweet about China? I’ve only seen screenshots in Thai, no translations.

Ahh I didn’t realize they actually said that until I saw Lazy Subber post that too lol. (I though you were saying it as a joke or something lol). Just finished this and really enjoyed it! It kept me interested until the end, and I'm very happy with how it ended (it left me sad in a way but also satisfied and I think it was the right way to go). I loved Na Ra and her kick-ass squad. I loved Byung Hun, his goofiness and supportiveness. And I absolutely adored the sweet puppy dog that was Jin Ho. If you enjoy ahjumma dramas (as I've heard one user on here refer to them as and love haha) then definitely check this one out!
