Yes the Nam Shim role complements his talents so perfectly I think! I’ve only watched one of his other dramas—Watcher—and while he was good in it, the drama itself was kind of so-so.

As of right now it’s at 6.8. Lmao I can’t even with the rating. I feel like it’s not been this bad with other recent series. Something must be up.

I agree too—thinking back on how the episodes are structured so far and the way the story’s developing, I think it would have been better to release it as a movie, much more cohesive that way.

Many good things to say about this series but overall I’ve got to commend the wonderful message of female empowerment and the badass female characters who will hopefully serve as role models for young girls watching this. (Also—the mom’s obsession with Monsta X killed me lmao).

I think the ending gave closure to all the issues raised on the first season, and the last episode opened some new potential storylines for the story to continue in a second season, but even if the second season falls through, this one still feels like a complete story. :)

It really is lol. I’m sure the intentions are good but it seems like there are some technical kinks not yet worked out that makes the rating seem less accurate.
