Yes for sure he will at least ask about their past and reason she was after him but now they killed her and they cut off the important part . The twin thing was unnecessary they could have resolved it by saying that she won't regain her soul because it got vanished bc of the curse it will never comeback and she will reincarnated as his soul and he will have to protect his soul from other monsters .

The only reason they made them twins is that two souls can't be in the same body so the one who remember is the soul that had a karma with the ML and other girls is the soul of main lead so he has to protect her
And he didn't kill her sister and mother it seems someone else who has a past karma with the girl. So the ML will have to protect his soul from other monsters.
I'm disappointed with the twist because they can't bring a story and events without giving reasons we still don't know what is their past and they killed the person that the story revolve around and has active role in the story
