Ok, I'm up to episode 8 now and it is so good! Each episode just keeps getting better! The plot really starts at episode 5, the first four are more about introducing the world and the characters, but now we're finally getting to the real meat of the story.
I'm dying to learn everything about Ji Bozai's past, and I'm even more excited to see him find out who she really is! I really like the SML, he is so pure! And I love the dragon! I really hope Ji Bozai gets to ride him like DFQC did in Love Between Fairy and Devil!
Honestly, for everyone feeling a bit disappointed, maybe just take a little break and come back later. Sometimes it's just not the right vibe at the moment. I've had dramas I didn't like at first that later became my absolute favorites. It wasn't the drama, it was a me problem.

I’ll never get why people have haters. Like, if I don’t vibe with an actor, I just move on. Why waste your time doom-scrolling someone you don’t even like? Be serious. Touch some grass. I was honestly shocked when I found out Hou Minghao actually has haters. Like, how? The man is out here acting his heart out and looking amazing while doing it. Some people really just hate happiness.
I’m loving this drama so much!! I usually wait till a drama is complete before watching, but for the first time since The Untamed I just couldn’t resist. Ji Bozai totally stole my heart, Hou Minghao is on fire here and the FL is amazing and sooo pretty! Their chemistry is so good!
