I don’t think so he was trying to kill her ...he actually used rope arrows to pull tha ice bar in which she was standing but she was the one who jumped into the water after yuwen Yue......plus i never felt he used her ,....When yuwen Yue was in yanbei and Cheng yu told yanxun about that he deliberately instigated him using a’chu name.....that’s why yanxun ordered him to ambush and kill him ....but it was Cheng you who actually used a’chu name for killing yuwen Yue...the only thing I hated is why yanxun never clarified that .....even about spying, if he wanted to do that why would he ask Cheng yu to do that as he knew that he doesn’t like a’chu...
But the main thing is i loved the relationship between a’chu and yanxun more ....he said na that I actually never changed ....it was bcoz of her ...the bit of remaining old yanxun is only becoz of her ....and yes I really felt the confrontation part was not Upto the mark .....I was hoping for detailed confrontation about the dreams they share, saving the people of yanbei fulfilling yanxun mother’s dream of him reviving the yanbei....plus that yanxun’s army general he was very manipulating .....and he already made it clear about his contributions ....and he is very influential that’s why he won the trust and loyalty of army above mr wu.....if he refuse to help yanxun then what ...yanxun and a’chu will be trouble.....further that general knew as long as a’chu stays by yanxun side, he will not act like what he wanted .....
So I really hope in next season they will show yanxun and a’chu together ....she can get angry but not leave him realise her love for him ...and some romantic moments between them...????????
More importantly I hope in next season it will be clarified that yanxun father wasn’t a rebel he was framed by Liang princess Xiao yu and yuwen huai....and she should be killed by yanxun ....

I only shipped yanxun and a’chu .......he actually stole the lime light of this show ......i know many started hating yanxun but for me he is still the same ....in the beginning yuwen Yue only sees a potential spy in a’chu but yanxun always considered her as a person. Plus I really hated yuwen yue for not helping yanxun when he already knew king’s intentions, like he was just standing and watching due to his burden of being the heir of yuwen household which more imp than helping a frnd but he never cares about the tittle when a’chu is in trouble ........Also as yuwen Yue said we only see things which is visible but don’t see things which is not .......Chen he was the general of yanxun’s army and he already mentioned that how much he have contributed to raise the army and killing spies while they were in imprisonment ...plus he gained the trust and support of the whole army that’s why mr wu was sidelined by him...if yanxun offends him in some way....then it’s very much possible that he will stop helping him since the army listen to him, just imagine what will happen then both yanxun and chu qiao will in danger.....so it’s true he did things to protect her ...
The same goes for xiuli troop ...Chen he hates them that’s why the whole yanbei army despise them ....further yanxun doesn’t likes them too so the only thing he can do is to send them away ....I know it’s not justified but still he tried ....
a’chu is the only family he has now ...no other is trustworthy like a’chu, therefore he was not obsessed , he was only trying to protect her for that creepy general and his mens......just hope she should have understood that ,.....but I still respect her for taking the right decision of staying by yanxun side....
Plzzzzzz writers and director help yanxun and a’chu so that they can be together ..????????

Jin xiu was so clueless .... so she saw the watch with qian tian ...she didn’t suspected him ...like come on it’s common sense ....first why would her teacher will ask her to give that watch to a japenese soldier that too at the time of war....2nd it was clear in the 1st ep that her teacher told her to give the watch to someone in the curch in Shanghai and how imp that watch was, then how come it is related to the zuo Zhen coming for medicine ...also those assassin killed her family for medicine and was coming after her for medicine ....like seriously .????????????

Kind of disappointed with the show ...specially the part where she tried to love master sheng and even got involved with many romantic moments ....???????? it’s weird when bai Lang was in one piece she wanted to kill him & hated him and when he was actually going to die she started having feelings for him.......And moreover I really hated the scene where she actually shot bai Lang and then wasn’t even worried .... somehow I remembered the reason she hated him, as she saw du xiao brother getting killed infront of bai Lang ....then from which angle she was diff with which she judged bai Lang in the first place..???? I couldn’t relate to part where she punished bai Lang for lying to her and hurted him ....as for bai Lang character he was always worried as he holds many lives in his hand ....I thought jiang xin understood this much at least ....????????..
