The anime was chill, lets see the LA >:)

The ending song was a nice touch, but the last quote was eerie, yo.

Predictable ending with foreseeable characters - Based on some of the actors previous acting roles.
The amnesia plot was very cliche and wasted much plot potential with the rest of the characters.
Sadly, most of the death scenes didn't make me care enough for the characters. The story lost its touch.

I may only watch season 3 for full closure.

Very exciting and thrilling for the first five episodes (EP1~5). The camera quality was close to western shows, and they did a pretty good job with their marketing (ads).

Originally, the show had 10 episodes, but it was cut to 7. I wish the show had about 8 episodes cause the ending was a bit rushed, but the conclusion made sense somewhat.

Gotta say the MLs are very patient characters.

I quite enjoyed the thrills of ep1~5. Ep6 is where the tables turn. It depends on your taste in revenge drama.

I won't be covering it cause there is no clear raw files.

I have no clue how it ends. Usually, the Japan times spoils everything. One thing I would say, based on the reviews, is don't expect too explicit BL content. If you're here for the actors and plot concept, it may keep you interested.

I read some of the Japanese reviews. So far, there's been mixed reviews on the room setting, horror genre and characters. I wonder how overseas viewers will react.

EP2 was also kind of predictable once the pattern became more clear.

Definitely. As the one subbing the show, I felt confused too. I believe for Kishioka's situation, he convinced the higher-ups (elder vampires) and made a deal. For example, if they lift the banishment the blue vamps would need to take care of themselves hence why Kishioka left (explanation on banishment mentioned in earlier episodes). It's implied Mia gave her blood to Osono for her to become a vampire (?).

A lot of the ending conclusion is answered in previous episodes. I think that's why the writer didn't bother spending that remaining 2 mins on background info. To understand the drama series, they try to make you recap the previous episodes to know the answer.

It's actually getting interesting. There's a lot of conflict involved. I think so far, Hibiki has the most interesting story arc.
