This is cuteeee but can someone recommend me a romcom bl but with mature leads? Like not very childish? I have…
Because it's your first approach with Thai BLs, I think it's better if you try to search for plots you like, or actors you already know, so it feels familiar.
I highly reccomend Thame Po: Heart Skips a Beat with William and Est (from Me and Thee) and the Thai version of Cherry Magic as a start, since you already watched the japanese one. Both are great rom coms!
If you enjoy cute stories: Your Sky, Boys in Love and My School President would work with you! I don't know if the characters are too childish, but I don't think so, even tho they are all young and still learning.
Another tip is to watch dramas loved by people like I Told Sunset About You, Last Twilight, Bad Buddy, Not Me, 1000 Stars, Gelboys, Khemjira, so you can understand how your taste is when it comes to what people already love, you know? Those shows are not rom coms plotwise so, be aware. It's just to understand your own taste.
I think the 2026 line up of dramas is full of rom-coms to be released (Mr. Fanboy, Magic Lover, Yourtuber, 17th Spring, Good Boy, Match Point, When Oranges Fall, Unlucky Bae, Kiss Me Remember and more), you'll have fun catching up when it's time.
For now, do your best to find your favorite pieces and you'll naturally find directions. You can totally reach me out for detailing perspectives. I'm quite new too, I have a lot to catch up.
Guys, can someone please update me on all the ongoing BL series? It’s been a while since I disconnected from…
well, i'll tell you the ones i remember airing right now
gmmtv is airing: muteluv (surfjava arc), dare you to death ends this week (joongdunk), cat for cash (firstkhao), my romance scammer (jumark, ohmpoon)
only friends - dream on is about to start (aouboom, earthmix, jossgawin) + melody of secrets (forcebook) and burnout syndrome (offgun) had their last episodes recently
domundi is airing duang with you (teeteepor) and i guess the last one i recall is yesterday (fortpeat)
wait thee said he went through proper channels to adopt them kids but he's a gangster?? did they not do any kind…
i think thee's background in thailand is more about arseni than about being member of a gangsta family. we can ignore details like that for sweet endings jsdjioajdioj
for our own sake, it's always better to avoid comment sessions until finally updated with the show
thankfully you can see the good side of a spoiler! the spoiler gadget here is good and easy to use, but can be tricky too! every time we edit the comment, we need to recheck the box 🤪
I do like Joongdunk but still i was a but disappointed with the romance... there was no proper story building…
I think that's because they fell for each other with no yearning phase 😂 That's okay too, the romance isn't the main point. It was a first meeting with a lot of tension and desire and aside from the whole case to solve, Kamin and Jade had no drama to prevent them of being a couple. In my opinion it's better than holding things slow until the case is solved, especially for tv.
They were all very stubborn and until the last breath! They were hiding things from Jade and Kamin and trusting…
Exactly, it was all chaotic and intentionally written for the kids to be murdered anyways so the ending would work better.
I wonder how a better team/director would work on that same story, because I think it was pretty interesting when I read the novel. Sometimes people want the final work to be book-accurate, but I think it's important to consider that it's different to grab attention from audiovisual x book audiences. The show is basically the same thing I read, the only real difference is that Jade and Kamin relationship starts to develop earlier.
You have to be on a different level of stupid if you decide to leave the protection of the police at the hospital…

They were hiding things from Jade and Kamin and trusting each other when they all knew they weren't trustful at all and more, they couldn't do anything about their endings by themselves, so, they were not characters to be helped at all. That's why I don't judge much that the police was failing to protect them, not only the kids, but their parents, all adults close to them were also choosing to ignore how serious and dangerous the situation was.
I love the whole reveal scene in the novel, it's tense and well done. I hope next episode gets closer to the feeling. I'm sad Jay's challenge is outside the house in the show because I think being inside a room is important for the feeling of getting trapped inside, with no way to escape
In the last episode, numer 10, there is a scene showing up in the ending credits (The(E) End) where Thee doesn't…
Thee doesn't have his tattoo because it's an imagination sequence. When Thee is asking the AI chat about things he could do to tell Peach he likes being with him, the chat suggests him to make a vow, and that's how he pictures the vow being. It's in EP2.
Is this good? Idk, i fell unconscious because i wanna watch MarcPoon but ended up OhmPoon... Last time i watching…
Well, we don't know if it's good until the end because only 2 episodes aired, so far I think it's pretty good and worthy to watch if you like Poon. You can try the first episodes, and then if you dislike the plot you don't need to keep watching.
