It could have been better!
I had high expectations for this drama and instead it is yet another Chinese series that tries to excite but that, at a certain point, ends up being predictable and repetitive. In fact, a fairly interesting and cute first part is followed by a second whose slow pace and unconvincing turns make it difficult to stay involved until the end.
The two protagonists can do nothing, good, beautiful and convincing, but unfortunately inserted in a story that had potential ruined by the choice to make a disproportionate number of episodes. I am of the opinion that stories like Shine on me, that is, simple romantic stories, should not have too many episodes because there is a risk of boring viewers, unless there are interesting dynamics or twists that keep the interest of the watcher alive.
Too bad, it could have been a great drama but, for me, they ruined everything.
Avevo grandi aspettative per questo drama e invece è l’ennesima serie cinese che tenta di emozionare ma che, ad un certo punto, finisce per risultare prevedibile e ripetitiva. Infatti, ad una prima parte abbastanza interessante e carina ne segue una seconda il cui ritmo lento e le svolte poco convincenti rendono difficile rimanere coinvolti fino alla fine.
Nulla possono i due protagonisti, bravi, belli e convincenti, ma purtroppo inseriti in una storia che aveva del potenziale rovinato dalla scelta di fare un numero spropositato di episodi. Sono del parere che storie come Shine on me, cioè semplici storie romantiche, non debbano avere troppi episodi perché si rischia di far annoiare gli spettatori, a meno che non ci siano dinamiche o svolte interessanti che tengano vivo l’interesse di chi guarda.
Peccato, poteva essere un gran bel drama ma, per me, hanno rovinato tutto.
