Guys have they had their first kiss yet?
Do the couples kiss in Thai dramas now?

Can Yeesoon be more disgusting???? How she had the audacity to climb onto his bed? Why is he so stupid and thinks…
I reached this episode and I was shocked that the witch slut is shameless. Kamduang is so pissed off that the witch is trying so hard to steal her husband. Lol 😂

Bon Appétit, Your Majesty (2025) - Critical Review and big problem (Important)Pacing and Repetition IssuesThe…
These critics are being unfair. They say the drama is too slow, has too many flashbacks, and too many close-ups — but this is a sageuk, not a Marvel movie. Slow pacing allows viewers to feel the emotions properly. Flashbacks are there to deepen the impact of key moments, not to drag the story.
Close-ups are essential in historical dramas. We need to see the king’s eyes and trembling lips to connect with their emotions. Complaining about them is like asking for less emotion in a love story.
The show is literally called Bon Appétit, Your Majesty. Of course there are many food scenes — they are central to the story and to the emotional and political themes.
As for historical inaccuracies, we are not preparing for the CSAT Korean History exam. Most viewers watch for the court intrigue, the forbidden romance, and the culinary artistry, not to check the exact period of a teapot.
If you want a strict history lesson, there are documentaries for that. This drama is meant to be savored slowly, like a royal meal.

Romance junkies go watch Coroner's Diary, you are rating this one for the wrong category.Others, welcome to one…
I have not started this drama yet, actually I started episode 1 and then stopped halfway because I am watching too many dramas now. And because I couldn't get the main ML's Duke Su image from The Double out of my head....Hahaha... Is this Wanted Detective similar to Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty? I love this one and I watched both seasons because they were very interesting.

I have watched the first 3 episodes and I am loving it. Cheng Lei looks so much better here (he also worked out/bulked up his body for this role...LOL). He and Song Yi have good onscreen chemistry, and she is a more convincing general to be. Lookng forward to finishing this new drama.

I hope this new drama with Cheng Lei is better than The Legend of the Female General. However, when I see Song Yi (the FL) here, I cannot imagine her as a military general role (I still remember her in Joy of Life and My Heroic Husband). She looked too sweet to be a general. Hahaha.

Somehow, I am struggling to finish this drama. I really like the main ML, Cheng Lei, but I am losing patience and interest in the FL. She is supposed to be a general but she's acting too cutesy around the ML. Sigh.... Perhaps I will just fast forward to the end.

I'm enjoying this drama, but it feels like the romance plot moved too fast. She's only been living with him for…
It’s believable because she wasn’t loved by her ex-BF.

I was told that it's all due to PLOT ARMOUR.... LOL. I still cannot believe the FL didn't at least work out or…
When I mentioned "bulk up", I didn't mean she should look like a body builder, but she should have firm muscles on her body, arms and legs (just enough & still look feminine). Even if she dresses in women's clothes, those several layers of silks can still manage to hide her body. Then, when she dressed up as a male, she will look convincing enough since she can show muscles. Anyway, this is just my opinion. I know the Chinese beauty standard for women is to look slim/skinny, so the actress must look like she is now.

the only annoying thing for me is that I can’t understand such a well trained and highly perceptive general…
I was told that it's all due to PLOT ARMOUR.... LOL. I still cannot believe the FL didn't at least work out or bulk up some muscles before doing the drama. She is too small to be a believable battle-worn general... hahaha

I wish Zhao Lusi the best of luck and success with her plans to sue her agency. After reading several posts from her side and her agency, I can see this is going to be a messy "divorce". Entertainment agencies will always have the power, control, connections, money and influences over their artists. I believe this is the same everywhere (Hollywood, Bollywood, Korea, Japan, etc., ) The agencies considers their artists as their product/commodity to make lots of money, and this is not new.
Sigh... I really hope Lusi will get some really good and powerful assistance (legally, publicly, etc.) because I don't want to lose the pleasure of seeing her acting in future movies, films, dramas, etc.
