I found that enough convincing, thought.I've rather have trouble with the pace, many episodes without Hiery and…
hey great point about some characters being unnecessary and taking HO's power away. Even the part when Ji On went to the forest and found out about Eun Ho's personality disorder, I thought this is something HO could have done.

my thoughts when jy started to speak "wait, isn't it usually the ml's lines?" lol. I like how the writer build…
interesting point about the egotistical side of both the MLs, that does make me wonder if there's still time for the tides to turn, if both are flawed and not ready for her, EH might end up alone

this genuinely feels like good actors with a shitty script. the ruse of using a mental disorder to pique interest…
yeah you said it well, it's the same old toxic romance and the ML gets it all in the end despite of how deep and smart it's pretended to be

I love this drama but damn, the more I think about it, the more confused I am.Maybe confused isn't the right word.…
Confused is how I felt too. I still have so many questions that're likely not getting answered. I completely agree with what you said about Ju Yeon and Hye Ri's relationship. I thought that was really a very short time for him to fall for her and also ditto on how they infantilized her character. However Ju Yeon accepting her as whole and also really doing a lot of the legwork to understand what happened and even reaching out to Hyon Oh to make him aware gives him bonus points.

Yeah. Also when the SML goes to the ML and tells his about her disorder. I'm like why this has to come from him, also him reminding the ML that he should be more worried about her health and not who she was with lol...I just was thinking Oh are they just building Kang Hoon's career here so that he can be the ML next time haha.

Totally agree. I've really enjoyed the hidden meaning and depth in some of the episodes, but the recent episodes made me question that.

maybe a different perspective. i don't hate the ml like half the comment section do, neither have I ever rooted…
Yeah you nailed it about the guilt tripping bit. They have a very co-dependent relationship and yes they were broken up for 4 years and in many ways her healing and health shouldn't be his burden to take on and it did feel like he came back reluctantly because of this guilt.

you nailed it. we have not been convinced enough that HO-EH together won't fall back into that cycle. we get that…
Haha exactly, I never got that "get sick" line, I just kept wondering if it was translated correctly...But with this type of writing it probably was lol.

I understand where other comments are coming from...it's not just about EH choosing HO, it's about how the writers came to this conclusion. I wasn't opposed to their relationship in the beginning. I even felt that it was more real than what HY and JY had. But with the last two episodes there was a lot of misleading and HO's character is just not written in a way that makes you root for him. Two other men had to basically convince him that EH is in pain and is really sick, and make him realize that he's lucky she loves him. Even his pining didn't seem as heartfelt. While JY is constantly saying that he would love her for whoever she is, even if he doesn't mean it and their relationship was not long and deep enough, in that moment as an audience you're pulled towards him. I get the whole flawed ML idea, but here it's just not working. He can be flawed and real but there still has to be some appeal and charisma. Sorry -- you can't just give more sentimental and charismatic lines to the SML and then expect your audiences to understand. I hate to say this because I've really liked and supported this drama from the start, but I felt this sense of having wasted time very deeply after episode 10. Lol also I don't think, I've left such an angry comment in some time. But I just felt very cheated and misled after this episode.

In my opinion, how they represented mental health illnesses in Episode 10 was deeply disturbing. Here's a girl who escapes to the middle of nowhere without telling anyone. Spends days in the woods hunched around in a corner most of the time, probably not eating or taking a shower... and is also implied to have harmed herself. Yet on her return she's thrown into this mess of romantic decisions, and hastily choses her ex who she's been dependent on for years. What does this do for her healing and growth.

"Dear Eun Ho, you even failed at happiness. I'm going to step forward now. Me, Ju Hye Ri." A short, inconspicuous…
it has a beautiful and deep meaning - the multiple personality issue a device to explore how we deal with trauma, and how we can feel disconnected even without a medical disorder.

I wonder if Eun Ho has ever talked about her sister's death openly. It's interesting that Ju Yeon had opened up to Hyeri about his brother's death more easily than Eun Ho was able to when she was telling him about the disorder she has. But, I guess they're kind of strangers and it was difficult as is for her to speak about the disorder, it must be even more hard for her to talk about her sister's death. Maybe that's where her trauma is, for her unable to grieve openly.

Oh!!! That was heartbreaking as heck....I knew Ju Yeon and Eun Ho's relationship was doomed from the start, but that scene in the coffeeshop was just devastating!!!! SLS is one thing, but I wish the makers of the show won't play with our heart to this extent haha

I think I'm really appreciating SHS's acting here, more than I ever have. I've always liked her, but I've liked other actresses more. She has great comic timing but what I'm digging here is her range with emotional scenes. For example, how she conveyed her emotions in Welcome to Samdalri is very different from what she's doing here as Eun Ho. There've been brilliant scenes like when she gets mad at Hyeon O about leaving his time slot for her - It was so brilliantly done. Admittedly, I wasn't a big fun of how she plays Hyeri but what the heck girl's having fun playing weird haha.

JY did fall for a illusion as Hyeri do not exist but an fragment of EH mind, so clearly he have no change and…
I agree, I don't see him being with EH since what they've is not real. Maybe it was an encounter to get him out of his own grief.

agree, I also love the little effects, for example the slight hazy split images when her personality sways between Hyeri and Eun Ho.
