I heard there is a love triangle in this one. how much screen time does it get. i wish there wasn't any love triangle in this kind of slow burn romance.

It totally depends on how you look at it. It was not to long or dragged out But it was not completely one sided and that’s the reason I consider it a love triangle.

There should be a "Love triangle" tag here. its not a toxic one but there is a love triangle here.

Watching it for the third time. This is so different from most of the other fantasy drama in terms of romance instead of overly complicated romance this one has simple yet deep romance that feels truly epic. I just can't get enough of Hei-Bai Feng Xi

My favorite drama this year so far.

First 10 or so episodes were great rest is just frustrating as hell. leads were good specially Dilraba she did a great job. ML was good too but he was lacking in some areas. music is awesome visuals are amazing CGI is a bit dodgy but manageable. Biggest disappointment however is romance this is a Star-crossed lovers story that is way too complicated for no reason. the story itself is ok just your typical high fantasy stuff. this also has a very heavy love triangle it actually felt like FL had more intense moments with SML than the ML also both ML and FL felt like they were the supporting characters in second part of the show.

Overall i get why people like this show. if you are looking for unnecessarily complicated and sad romance then you might like it. But if you are like me and absolutely hate this kind of romance and love triangle then stay away from this show.
