From now on, I will be uploading the English subtitles for this drama on a website (link in the spoiler comment below). You'll still have to show you have at least 2 active social media profiles when you make an account (you can post any social media you have, it doesn't have to be about jdramas or Japanese media). But you won't have to use Discord* if you don't want to, since apparently this was a major issue.
Just be aware that this website (Drama-otaku) is new and in beta phase, so there might be some bugs, missing content and some difficulty figuring everything out. All in all, I would still recommend using Discord.
* I'll still upload the subs on Discord, i.e. Luwuang's server, so if you're already on there, no need to worry. After all, Luwaung's Discord server is kinda the DonSubber base XD
We are happy if someone retranslates... with our permission. Luwuang made it very clear - she put "do not steal our subs" on very first page of the Discord server and on Twitter in big, bold letters, so don't pretend you didn't know. You were also clearly warned not to do so several times. On top of this, you are going around bad-mouthing us. The reason I'm "arguing" with you because we are all tired of this behaviour.

Yes, I agree everyone should see the subs. We fansubbers create our subs so everyone can enjoy jdramas. The issue is, no one should *take* the hard work of fansubbers without their permission. That's called stealing. And yes, I do have a problem with you going around putting us down. If you have an issue with our subtitles in terms mistakes or mistranslations, just tell us instead of all these sly insults.
You were harassing us and our other fansubber friends for ages. You were not granted access because you refused to follow instructions and stole someone's subs. The least you can do is not make snide comments...

See, the way they showed the flashbacks, it seemed that Yu-rim knew from the start that Hee-do was her rival. But when they first were introduced in the club, she had no reaction at all so maybe not? Only after she starting losing to her bout, she recognized her?
I thought this was going to be girls' love drama the way that Na Hee-do spoke and acted around Ko Yu-rim... And then KYR opened her mouth and everything came crashing down 😭

Many Koreans moved to foreign countries, at least partly because of it... Which is why quite a few Korean actors and actresses speak good English, since they were born or spent their childhoods in Canada or US.

It's not hard at all. You simply need to provide 1 link to a social media link where you're active, wait for admins to get to your message, and you will granted access to the subs for this drama and many others. The person above refused to follow instructions and then kicked up a fuss... Also no offence, if you already have Discord and even a single site where you're active on, you can get access to subs. Why did I spend so much time and effort on these subs if you'd rather watch it raw instead of just following simple instructions...? Idk, something about these comments just made me feel bad.
