Not really, it depends on the jdrama, just like with shows from other countries. Honestly, I like how jdramas are usually 6-12 episodes at most, because there's no dragging and the storylines are short and sweet 😅
this drama is basically if Parasite was played completely straight as a rom-com. yes, I know when you watch a drama you should suspend your disbelief and try not to watch with real-world ideas in your mind but... god, I hate rich people in dramas sometimes. like, damn, when the revolution comes, I hope all of the wealth the Lee family and their socioeconomic milieu have is seized and redistributed amongst workers and farmers T-T
