I kind of agree? Mio really looks a bit too pretty? I think they cast an actress who is a bit young to play the mom, it would have made more sense for an actress in their late 20s or early 30s. Then again, some people do get married young, like Mio, and sometimes even the most busiest moms take care of their appearance.

I didn't want to be mean but you're completely right. He looks like a normal person but both of the women look like supermodels. I don't get why they fell for him tbh - in this version, they removed the part where the ML stood up for the FL when they first met, so it makes it harder to understand why the FL even liked him in the first place.
