Right?! IQIYI has do many finished dramas to choose from … no reason to rush this one out. Plus Bai Lu already had 2 dramas out earlier in the year, it would be nice to space out her drama a bit. Hopefully the quality of the remaining episodes are not too affected with the time restraint.

I don’t trust him too much… there are 2 kisses scenes I saw from the promo videos so far, hopefully it’s not the kiss scene where she kisses him and he fades away.

Interesting thought- how come Xuan Tian envoy only communicates with the BJS and not HRY… I don’t believe she ever meant him. Also, if this envoy already knew HRY is going to kill the drought dragon, he could’ve stopped her or punished her himself; he didn’t have to consult BJS about it. I wouldn’t be surprised he’s one of the baddies at the end.

I read from a weibo melon acct that one of the earlier episode is being split into 2 parts, BL is likely to appear at the end of May. Guess we’ll find out from the weekly previews. Looking forward to her appearance.

Right now I don’t think she got a lot of freedom to choose the type of drama that she wants to take part since she’s still under current agency.
