Agree, plus I’m kind of annoyed that the 2nd leads got so much screen time. Hopefully we get to see more of the main leads’ storyline going forward.

I read about it… plus they supposedly also messed up her seating arrangement. Maybe she should skip next year? Hopefully BL finds a better agency after her contract ends.

Such hard road to climb. Too bad IQIYI is not doing anything about it, guess they lost too much money from the poor performance from last year.

According to the earlier melons, the rights to the rumored drama started off with Tencent, but now some have reported it may be IQIYI. Most of CL’s dramas are with IQIYI and TJC with Tencent….will see? Both are good actors.

Hopefully they will post that episode by the 2nd? They should be back to work…

By the way since you mentioned the person who replied to me earlier, I re-read her comments, it looks like she edited her comments so you didn’t see how rude she was. I only mentioned FP seems to have a bigger promotional budget and wishes MM can do more and you are jumping on me. .. how am I instigating? It wasn’t me who mentioned FP first. What kind of fanwar am I starting? I didn’t trash any dramas nor actors. Crazy how you making accusations based on a small comment. My only concern is with MM and this is MM comment section. I come to this site for leisure purposes and not to go into combat mode with others; please skip my comment if you don’t like what you see. Maybe some people need to calm down here and it’s not me, peace out.

I just checked YouTube, new episode supposed to come out every Monday evening. Something seems off… Even with the promotional preview for that episode, they didn’t even have BL’s image or name on the thumbnail. Almost as if Mango TV didn’t want to give her any viewing exposure.

Noted. I don’t usually follow dramas that I’m not planning to watch. Supposedly both dramas come out in January, I can see why FP is pushing a lot of their promotional stuff out…

Hopefully by accepting this Youku drama, her boss can let BL finish off her remaining contract in peace.

Obviously I’m not the only one here with this concern. What I mentioned earlier was my general assessment and that’s what I perceived at the current moment. What I hope for is for MM to release some sustainable promotional contents. I’m not going to do researches about other dramas that I don’t care for. Relax and bye.

I don’t follow FP but I do see their materials everywhere, such as weibo, douyin etc. I want MM to do well and the competing drama has some of us here worried.

I don’t want any delays with MM but it seems like FP has a way bigger promotional budget than MM. I see a lot more materials with FP… they already came out with a few previews. I really want to see MM comes out with materials related to the story of the drama.

Hope so, a few melon accounts mentioned that date. Supposedly most students in China are home for the holidays around that time… fingers crossed.

Right! I’m tired of seeing hot search/ topic of the rumor every time ZLH had dramas coming out or whenever he needed an extra boost of visibility on weibo.

Agree, plus BL is still considered as a ‘newer’ actress (under 10 years) and her boss wants her to constantly pair with newbies from the agency to help them get recognition. This doesn’t benefit her career but the agency. She also needs growth and venture out to different roles and with more established/ experience actors if she wants a long career in the acting industry. Currently she might not have much options since she still has almost 2 years of contract left…

I don’t think she’s on board yet. Personally I prefer BL to pair with different actor, someone she hasn’t acted with. I’m tired of watching 2nd or 3rd collaborations with the same actor.
