Other than the fact that there's way more depth to Jane Patrick in the book and he is definitely a true red flag he is not green at all, the series is actually pretty decent, as a novel reader I'm a little bummed by certain parts but it's a good series overall and it's worth the watch. Feel like a lot of others we were sold a really pretty pilot and it kind of got washed out it was much more steamy and interesting and I didn't actually expect a demon like I already knew the novel so the rest I expected to be really good though.
Side note one thing that is never leaving my head is that damn freaking color blind song. The Ost is stuck forever in my head. Lol and our new TV CP is adorable, Tee/Heng I can't wait for another series with them they have got a lot of passion and chemistry to them I just hope they let it out more in their acting.
I’m really trying not to feel disappointed, but I am. You can’t tell me the actors were “uncomfortable”…
Update: I was wrong, they admitted this was just what they were comfortable with doing, tho it's confusing with how they acted, regardless they don't want to over step their boundaries. And that's something I can completely understand. They're both good actors, I hope their next series as a TV cp is as successful.

Q: The NC scenes
P’Tee: It was difficult too. It was something new for us. Honestly everything was difficult. We had already been taking acting classes together and the two of us would always talk about what we were comfortable with and what we weren’t. We discussed every scene. We talked with the director and our acting coach too. If there was going to be a love scene in the next shoot we’d already know what we were going to do and practice it in class beforehand. We’d agree on everything beforehand and communicate throughout.
Heng: Exactly like P’Tee said. We see it as work too. We’re always discussing and coordinating things so neither of us feels unsafe while working on these scenes. We don’t want anything to become a bad experience or anything like that. We also have a director who is very open and gives us space to talk. That makes us comfortable enough to say when something doesn’t feel right.
P’Tee: Yes. But there’s one thing we always have to keep in mind. When we’re acting we have to make it feel real because we want the audience to feel it too. But of course we still talk through everything.
Heng: Everything was discussed from the beginning. Like this part is 1, 2, 3 and this is what we’re going to do. But our job is to connect those 1, 2, 3 together. Otherwise the scene would just feel like okay, do this and then this…
P’Tee: We don’t improvise at all. We always coordinate everything with the director and acting coach. There’s no going off-script or doing something unexpected like that.
Heng: It’s because every situation has a different mood. There are so many different sides to the NC scenes. There are cute ones, intense ones and even ones where they hate each other. There are so many different types for everyone to see.
