Agreed separation was too long. Why did no one summon him to the capital before????God so much heartache could…
He was forgiven in the sense that he was not executed for what he did. Because what he did was filial in a way as he was found to be a Huo by birth. But he still used Crown Prince's seal to command an army and he still killed a lot of people. So he was exiled.

However, in the novel, the emperor kept sending him things during the exile for every victory of his as he couldn't bear the thought of HBY in exile with very little. This was mentioned in one of the epilogue chapters I think.

Because his punishment was exile for 6 years. The only reason he was summoned after 5 years was because the empress wanted to see him before she died.

Rewatching express episode with comments on, people are saying "why do I have to pay to cry" and "my tears today…
How are you seeing comments on WeTV app?
On Love Like the Galaxy: Part 2 Aug 17, 2022
I know many are worried that ending will be rushed but honestly, in the novel, it only took a few chapters so they can show all of those chapters in 2 episodes leaving the last 2 episodes for the last arc and ending with a wedding

Anyone know why there is so many trailers out today?
Because from today WeTV releases extra episodes for VVIP users in China. In China, for people who paid for them, they have until episode 42 today. Hence so many trailers

But the Aranya’s dream is where the majority of Dong Hua and Feng Jiu’s story will happen!
The story of Aranya and Chen Ye will only be talked about or shown in flashbacks I think but the majority of Aranya’s dream arc is between FJ in Aranya’s body and DJ in Xize’s body with Chen Ye thrown in here and there

I'm super loving the Dong Hua and Feng Jiu scenes, the mortal realm I skipped, and I'll probably skip the Aryana's…

There are some parts I like, and some don't like in this drama. The parts I don't like, sorry I called it garbage…
Everyone has their own opinions cuz I enjoyed the initial episodes as they set the scene so to speak. I am a big fan of the book so I loved that the drama fleshed out all those scenes that were only mentioned in flashbacks in the book. To each their own...

It's a bit boring. Also why does female lead have to act like a child? I like strong female leads. And the fl…
Because at that age, she is the human equivalent of a girl in her later teens or very early 20s. I am pretty sure everyone at that age acts silly when they have a crush for the very first time in their lives...

It looks like in the show, FJ’s conversation with Si Ming caught his attention when he was listening to them…
I got you. I wanted to see her kick that flower pot too but this was very funny too especially the way everyone was staring at her lmao. Poor Si Ming though, that conversation with Dijun right behind FJ was hilarious what with the way he kept glancing at DJ lol

is there any video that sums up their relationship in the parent story? I forgot a lot.
You don’t need it. The story in this show is completely different from the other show as this is being based on their book. Their story in the previous show was made up by the writers as they had no rights to the pillow book then. So they both are completely different.

I am the only one disappointed by ep 24? I mean, I loved it. I loved that they are finally catching up to the…
It looks like in the show, FJ’s conversation with Si Ming caught his attention when he was listening to them and when he saw FJ sneaking in with the flowerpot he wanted to play a trick on her. So they made it seem like everyone in the banquet thinks that FJ kicked the pot at DJ but we know that he was the one that pranked her. Personally, I think it was because she caught his attention when she was talking about DJ playing tricks on Si Ming and her not being able to avenge Si Ming if he is pranked by Dijun.

Yes their love isn't deep at all. But maybe because they will progress more so it has to be shallow now...I just…
Didn’t she already decide to move on from Donghua when she was a fox? The emperor is not Donghua so of course what went on in the mortal realm wouldn’t affect her with the exception of QT’s death as he died for her and she is trying to repay him by bringing him back to life...

I was expecting more to happen between SR and FJ in the mortal realm. It wasn't deep enough to call it true love.…
Why would their love be deep in the mortal realm? FJ is just trying to get him through the trial so she can go back. She is not supposed to like she is in love with the emperor. They do kiss even though they are not supposed to in the book but I am sure you haven’t reached that part yet.

What they showed in the other show was made up because they didn’t have rights then to show their actual story so this one is an adaptation of their actual story. They messed up with the summary in the beginning saying it’s a sequel but it’s not. Summary is now changed saying it’s a story set in the same universe and that it is adapted from ‘The Pillow Book’

Is the mortal arc and all episodes so far excluded from the book?
No not exluded. They are included in the book as snippets, mostly flashbacks. They just fleshed those out in the drama

Yeah me too. The mortal arc is going very well and I am enjoying a Dijun lookalike trying to woo Fengjiu and can’t wait for after that when the real Dijun actually falls for her and chases her.
It was nice chatting with you

They had rights to the characters, just not their story and they wrote themselves into a corner with their ending of a love that can’t happen lol and that’s why I prefer the pillow book story...gives me a happy ending. Also the pillow book had a better story in my opinion and so far they have been doing ok with the show. It was a bit slow in the beginning but it’s is picking up now

I agree that they messed up with the summary though and promoting it as a sequel. They should have said that this is a show set in the same universe as TMOPB instead.
