By the way, any idea how long they've been married? Cause if I'm remembering it correctly when they had the problem at the restaurant Lian wasn't married yet, I think. Now she's married and pregnant.

I know this drama will have a happy ending so not worried about my leads but since I don't know if iQIYI will also have the express package someone please let me know if Lan does end up getting married too.

Everyone has different taste. Many of us are able to see and feel the chemistry and are loving this couple.

Even before accepting his proposal she said she liked him a lot but after experiencing everything her mom went through it's understandable why she will see marriage as taking a gamble. Once she accepted his proposal she has not been shy about showing her love for him.

She was immature. She's younger than JZ so probably 14 or 15 at the time.

Looks like I'm not the only one that took a liking to Mu Zhidi. I think if Lan ever changes her mind (is fine if she doesn't) he would be a good husband for her. Feels like he would support her wanting to continue her business and taking care of her mom.

And a killer cause he ended up killing that woman who saw him when he was trying to buy/ rescue JZ.

But if he refused right away knowing the risk then YY would find it suspicious and would probably ask questions as to why he would want to put himself in danger. So maybe that's why XQ took his time BUT if that's really the case then he should've said something to JZ about waiting for him.

And as I mentioned, he's delusional. He probably thinks she's faking her love for YY because in his crazy mind she still love him and not her husband.

From what I remembered it was 2 different previews for upcoming episodes with the one of her waiting outside happening first...but we'll find out tonight.

The one that's wrong here is her for not telling him when the nephew kept bothering her. They had both agreed to always communicate and solve things together and she didn't do that. He knows she doesn't love the nephew anymore but he's hurt that she never told him. It's something that caught him completely off guard.

I wouldn't call it leftover. Nothing had started between them (they didn't even confess their feelings) when he decided to get engaged to someone else. Then 3 years went by and she ended up falling for YY.

Plus knowing she was actively pursuing XQ when she liked him while with YY she rejected him a few times.

From looking at clips she stayed out all day and night waiting for her husband who didn't want to see her so she was probably weak when XQ saw her.

I could be wrong but maybe the nephew kept putting off his own marriage for years cause he was trying to find a way to end it and be able to marry JZ but then finds out she moved on so it made him angry. Plus he's delusional and thinks JZ was forced into marrying his uncle and doesn't actually love him.

We thought it was 36 but then they released the official schedule for the last week and it showed 40 episodes

Yes. Us viewers know all that but she didn't so she spent years thinking her mom abandoned her.

He does doubt her feelings for him. He knows she didn't do anything wrong.
Going by another clip it looks like he's mad at himself for not noticing his nephew's feelings.
At least this "separation" doesn't last long probably solved in the same episode or the one after.
