I had a question about why does the fl count to 5 on her fingers before entering a door? This seems like a her-specific tick just like her love of talking about whales while the repeating what someone said is a more general tick for people on the spectrum.
I have only seen the first episode and I want to wait until all the episodes are finished so I was wondering if its explained in the later episodes.

He leveraged that relationship and that favor to get the emperor to propose for him. You DONT say no to the emperor! You just don't. My respect for her parents for trying in whatever way they could to turn down the marriage but still.
Now granted he probably knew that if he didn't force it like that, she and her family would never have accepted the proposal. But it still remains that it was very manipulative of him to do it in such a setting.

He is such an ass!!! I dislike him more and more, the more I learn about him. Like seriously he dropped her at the side of the road (in the drizzle) because she didn't jump at the chance he was suggesting. Not only that, she told him that maybe he should step up and marry the chic. All the while, he would be singing a different tune if she had made the conclusion he wanted her to make and so end up with him. ASS!!!

I didn't like him in the earlier episodes because I thought he was too arrogant and now he has given even more reasons to not like him. I don't see any context in which his words may be less harmful/hurtful. He is a manipulative person who will tear down something/someone simply because he can't get it for himself.
