Title My Girl Spoiler
I just don't get why he's dedicated his career to making the "perfect coverage foundation". The story is kinda…
To be honest, I think the thing that traumatized him most is the cowardice he exhibited when he chose to say that she was part of the group that started the fight when she was actually defending him - I don't think he can forgive himself for that weakness of character especially since she had been so nice to him before that.
Maybe he thinks that if he can make the perfect foundation it can make up for his mistake- make him whole by making her whole.

Second FL is a successful Dr who has an established career and has been pinning for the ML for over 10 yrs, through med school and all that. How realistic is that?
Edit: How is what the sister doing to the friend not harassment? She is stalking him and forcing him to like her. None of this is healthy!
I will admit that she is the best wing woman!!

Mostly its been a man's hands that is doing the cooking except when its working with dough.

Wow! He has so many wives!
Now I understand his reluctance to marry another one in the earlier episodes - especially since they keep dying under mysterious circumstances

Imagine, I am on episode 19 and I have just realized that the opening credit cartoons are scenes inspired by the story.
This show is so unique and amazing. I haven't laughed out loud at a show like this in a while.
Edit- Finished season one and what a great show. On to season 2.

When I rated it as such, I ignored the fact that it's KES, LMH, KGE and the 25 million US dollar production budget,…
If I am being perfectly honest, I gave this show a lot of slack because the writer attempted to delve into the parallel universe aspect. I guess I appreciated the effort and was more forgiving in that regard.
The final product is not perfect by a long shot but I still don't think its a 4/5 rating, in my opinion. Suffice it to say that I enjoyed watching it.

I did not know there was a controversy with Cheese in the Trap - another show I enjoyed btw.

On a different note, why should I ignore those points of the main actors and budget- that's why they are there!!!

So, uhmmm.
Maybe I should clarify, I am only speaking for myself and in this whovian's opinion it was a decent watch.
On The King: Eternal Monarch Jun 26, 2020
I can not understand why this show was and is still getting so much hate-
Its not so bad as a the reviews are saying, definitely not a 4 or 5 as some of the reviews are saying.
Maybe as a whovian, I just like a wibbly wobbly timey wimey type of show.
In my opinion, its the kind of show that makes a lot more sense on a second viewing.

It's not as bad as some people think it is. This plot is just more complicated than others and you have to pay…
I really enjoyed the show and I feel that its the kind of show that makes a lot more sense on a second viewing. It really reminded me of the arc of River Song in Dr Who - I got that same sense while watching this. I never understood why TE already seemed to know Lee Gon on their first meeting talking about how his coat had a lot of buttons until the final episode.

-To the best of my understanding the lightening is because that person's counterpart in the parallel universe is dead due to unnatural causes- in this case Yi Rim. TE and Young don't get affected by the lightening but Lee Gon does.

The flute is supposed to allow travel to several parallel universes but only when it is whole. So, since YiRim took half and was using it for however many years to change things in both worlds, i.e kill people and replace them with their counterparts he was effectively breaking a mold that should not be broken.
The lightening got worse as the show progressed because now even Lee Gon was also using his half to change both universes - to a lesser extent but change them he did.
That's why the time stops were getting longer because they were moving back and forth more and more.

-Tae Eul was in the inter-dimensional space at the exact moment when Lee Gon and Young changed (reset) time for the last time- there can only ever be one flute at a time so when the flute disintegrates in when she is in the inter-dimesional space then her memories were locked in.
I thought her memories were not erased because the Yoyo boy/ flute chose to leave them intact - I guess as a reward to Lee Gon for choosing to sacrifice saving himself to make the flute whole. Tbh- He would not have been able to do it without Young helping him.
Eun sub doesn't remember because he was neither with TE in the interdimensional space or with Lee Gon and Young at the time the halves of the flute disintegrated.

As for yoyo boy, I thought he was the personification of the flute. He was stuck as a boy because the flute had been cut in half and so it was not working as it should. Lee Gon would not have been able to figure out that the flute can allow him to travel in time as well as space if not for yoyo boy.

These are my theories, hope that helps.

Its stupid mindless fun- there is no depth and turns out that depth was never really needed to create an enjoyable time! I hope it continues like this!!

I agree with your assessment on lowering expectations but people should give this a chance.
I will say, I have laughed out loud more at this show than I have at any show in my recent memory. Am genuinely excited for the rest of the eps to come out and I am kind of sad that I started it before it finished airing so I could binge it.

True, true- I was just hoping for more.
Is it so difficult to be a good to the people who are good to you. She seems to feel that the things she wants and can't have are because of her sister which is not true.

Title The Legend of Jin Yan Spoiler
Am at ep 7 and I have got to say that sister is starting to get on my nerves.
No one forced her to switch with the sister and end up married to a guy who has had 3 wives die so far- the most recent one under mysterious circumstances.
In fact, she convinced her sister to run away so that she could choose the other prince (who btw does not like her) and instead she ended up married to our ML under her sister's name.
Say what you will about the ditzzy female lead but she genuinely means well to all around her - just that she is walking talking disaster but that can't be helped. Her sister on the other seems to harbor ill will towards her sister for a self created problem.
On The Legend of Jin Yan Jun 22, 2020
Am pleasantly surprised by how fun this considering the low rating - so far I like both the leads. FL is adorable in her innocence while the ML is funny in how he thinks she is an assassin- a dumb one at that.

I'll keep watching thou, there is something about this story
