The story is light and fluffy and surprisingly the characters are not annoying. ML and FL encounters came naturally i dont feel like its too coincidental or too absurd. I like when they became closer and those little bits of details like the doctor realising the books he borrowed was also the ones she also borrowed. And the story he narrated during the dental session to make her relax makes my heart flutter.
Another drama just to past time. I started this becoz i like the scriptwriter previous drama, Love In Time.
The FL is just ugh and ML falls in love at the 1st few eps not convincingly. Hated plots where the ML/FL chases the other but to no result. It makes the plot go round in circle for 10 eps. And when shes falls in love the plot still dont address the major plot that is the twins identity.
Side watching this while waiting for another drama. Surprisingly better than i expected. The ML showed his sweet sides that i really like when his character is supposed to be stiff and direct. FL keeps on repeating same mistakes keeps me frustrated and only learn her lesson in 5 eps towards the end.
Finished both the drama back to back. I lobe both actors and they did a good job potrayinh them. Its just the story came too bland in the modern world and i feel the couple is too polite with each other. But overall a good chemistry drama.
The plot is like a mixture of You are my destiny 2.0 + you are my glory during the chat messages. Nothings special here, want to see more of Yi Da Qian

I still hate ML at ep 11 eventhough he help with the grandma getting free clinical trial for her heart. I feel like ML when he gets frustrated with FL he uses his authority to bully her. I know he meant well but a simple communication explaining things to FL might be a better way. Im still holding grudge on him since the fail thesis.
In later eps, ML might also has heart problem since he was in the hospital and we saw him took some meds.
FL already accepted at the lab, maybe the salary can support her studies + scholarship if she can get it.
I hate the ML. He being arrogant and oblivious. He wants to get close to FL but keep on deceiving her by lying.
FL is just a fresh grad student maybe 22 yo and dont have any great ambition or experience. Shes trying hard to improve herself when at first she may have been careless and take for granted the opportunity working at the lab. But i can understad her character as she is still young and has responsilbity for her grandma.
Good supporting character for both ML and FL frens. They are loyal and protect the ML FL in their ow way.
Im at ep8, i wonder how FL wants to pursue her postgrad and where can she get the money for grandma and her studies?
This drama is good for teenage viewers but will leave a lot of disasstisfaction for those who seek a drama with plot driven or even sweet and cute drama. It all falls through due to the young casting.
The acting is still raw that i cant get at all for the angst plot. They are young around 16-18 making the sweet scenes limited to a kiss on the cheek. They should have left the story at high school level if they cant cater the skinship scenes and i would be ok with it.
But if you are a teenager, all of the plots and sweet scenes are quite satisfying.
Can i say i'm here for the dubbers. 😄. Im at eps 12. The plot and writing is so weak, i like the cast but not the drama. The FL doesnt have a strong character to be even a damsel in distress. I cant symphatise with her at all. She says she is poor but have nice clothes, a boat, workers and all. After she knows her birth secret i thaught shes gonna have a character growth but no, all she thinks about is whether ML loves her or not.
ML is one dimentional character. At first he was a strong character but after falling in love he turn into a simp.
Will stay just to past time and i rarely drop drama. Hope it will improve in 2nd part
First time watching Chen Xhe Yuan and i like him. The drama has potential but towards the end i thaught how they resolve the cases is too lite and simple. No depth. I wish there were more character development and trials so that they can be a strong couple together. Maybe in the novel there is more as someone already commented below.
ML and FL love story is targetted for younger audience while the SML and SFL for a more serious matured audience.
The plot has Truman Show similarity where our Love Boys are isolated from the real world. The villian is more comedic rather than a cruel psychotic one, so the drama has lighter vibe to it.
And i like the fact they flip by making the ML who is naive and cant differentiate the meaning between a Lover and sibling love.
I'm at eps 14 and the eps is only 30mins long so 35 eps is mostly like 24 eps
