Because at this point, whether it's demon or human, as long as he has attachment towards that person, Ying Lei is always willing to cover up their dark side or dark deeds. His friendly traits are one in a million. But no one in the team has cherished him the way he deserves yet🥲 I can't believe Ying Lei was even willing to cover up Mr Zhou's dark deed(which he committed unintentionaly, of course). And Mr Zhou has never even showered that much attention on Ying Lei like the way he did on the great demon & Bai Jiu😄

Well, like in most fantasy cdramas that has been released so far, they diluted the intensity of the most enticing scenes by altering it dramatically. This is simply my personal view. Maybe they brought in such changes so that even kids can watch or to appeal to feminists 😄 However, it took away the beauty of the original story in the manhua. (Again, this is my personal opinion). They did it in the beginning itself. But it was done so subtly. Initially, they only changed the order of events in the narrative with some slight changes here and there. I knew it intuitively because I read the manhua a year back.
Anyone can tell me is it true to the novel and manhua? Or there are difference?
