Yeah, I do remember that part, but what I find confusing is if the two bros share the same body, was she in love with both of them at the same time? I mean, Xiu Yan's half soul existed in Ao Ge's body right(in the past)? Based on what I remember Ao Ge was nurturing his brother's Internal core within his body... Isn't it?
I really enjoyed watching the kiss and hug scenes of the main leads towards thd end of ep 35 ! I guess that kind of made up for their no-contact reunion scene I watched in the final episode. It was so beautiful --- the way Feng Yin turned back to kiss Yuan Qi who was holding onto her arm. Omg! The bgm too rose to a crescendo at that moment! I just can't stand this! Too mesmerizing! I just got blinded by the beauty of that romantic scene. That shot was excellent. It wax Feng Yin's way of '"kiss and show" Or "kiss znd tell" Giggle, giggle βΊπ€
I really felt touched by certain moments of one particular episode in the drama. I really loved the moment when Hong Yi broke off his tenth tail to save yan shuang. He may be dense, but he was always selfless in his boorish wayβΊπ€. What I love about this demon king Hong Yi is that he goes great lengths to save the people he loves --- even if it means breaking laws, doing or trying out something forbidden or breaking the peace of the realms to go after the one he wants.
Of course, this doesn't mean I don't love the main male lead. I just love the second male lead slightly extra π€. Yan Shuang is one lucky eagle queen!
As for Hua Shu, really felt bad for her when I saw her watch Lan Fang disappear right in front of her eyes... π₯ At that moment I wish she got a happy ending with her Lan Fang too...
Anyway, after watching all the major scenes of the remaining episodes, I must say --- the slow main male lead didn't disappoint. He really improved a lot in both power and romance department !π
By the way did anyone notice how resplendent Yuan Qi looked in those golden robes? He looked more like a Sun god rather than a chaos god in those golden robes. The actor portraying Yuan Qi looked so good with open long hair- headgear hairstyle, and white and gold costume. He also looked quiet resplendent in that golden costume! Why couldn't the drama director just choose to insert more scenes depicting the main lead actor in these two costumes? It was frustrating to get a glimpse of ghe main male lead in these two amazing costumes only a few number of times in the drama! ππ«
I wish Yuan Qi and Feng Yin at least hugged each other instead of staring at each other in the final episode. Of course, this doesn't mean I don't find that scene poetic. Their reunion scene was poetic, happy, beautiful. I just wish they hugged and kissed once. Only then, I'll be completely satisfied, because I needn't spend time imagining the rest in my head. But for now, at least, I'm thankful that the ending is not open or sad --- something that I saw in one specially hyped-up big budget xianxia drama.
I agree. HY is so dense and clueless that he has to be slapped on the face with YS feelings. Still, i'm pretty…
Yes, I know. Isn't that why he was strangely quite and reluctant when the servants presented him with all those wedding stuff? ππ I think Hong Yi just didn't want to slip away the chance to get back at Yuan qi for hurting him in the past in small ways even though he knows yuan qi has his reasons...π
I just finished rewatching one of the captivating moments of ep 33 wherein Yuan Qi changes his attire to match that of Feng Yin's wedding attire... Omg that moment was so beautiful to watch especially with a powerful bgm played in the backdrop all the while.. . I envy Feng Yinπ
Looking forward to his spin-off story π

I love the way ep 35 ended!
I'm going to replay it again! π

I just reached the part of ep 33 where Yuan Qi gets all emotional, grabs Feng Yin's forearm, and says he can't let her go because he has been waiting for her to come back all these years!
He even calls her A Yin!
I'm going to replay this shot sequence again and again! π
This is one of those rare moments in this drama where I see Yuan Qi standing upto A Yin and confessing boldly what he feels about her!
Oh my goodness! It's too much to take! π©·
