Yep. First the amnesia plot with Young Gook. And then Sara throws out Dan Dan, which leads to Dan Dan going to America with Anna. Fast forward 2-3 years, and then Dan Dan comes back to find Young Gook engaged to Sara. But, the true feelings in Young Gook come out and they get back together.
That's my prediction lol.

The first drama I ever watched. Kim Tae Hee single-handedly made me a kdrama fan. The way this drama tugs on your heart…modern dramas just don’t feel the same way. Old is really gold.

I’m biased being a Jung Ryeo-Won fan but this drama was hard to swallow. I get that it was different in that you had this hillbilly FL but dang, I didn’t really understand the plot direction. Seemed like the only message they were sending is that perhaps you normal people too in the audience can find a ML like Hyun Bin! Seems like a pretty lazy message to me. Anyway, the consolation prize was that Daniel Henney is hotter anyway.
First time drama watchers will have fun with this but if you had some experience with romcoms, lemme tell you now, don’t expect Kim Sun Ah to blow you away with her visuals, because she is far far from being eye candy.
Conclusion: skip this and watch the other older dramas. I recommend Love Story in Harvard. Once you see Kim Tae Hee, you’ll know what I mean.

Probably one of the best weekend dramas ever. I think I'm going to wait until it finishes though. I can't wait each week lol.

They are the same age and are athletic...Jisoo had a teenage problem that was easy to hide. It's a completely different situation when you are dating someone. Their personality is upfront and clear. And to make matters worse, he had unprotected sex with her too. This is not a fair comparison.
Mydramalist ratings don't matter at all, especially with most of you trolls. So ur point about 7.5 is bs. Don't skew the system and then boast about its validity. He's a great actor no question. But he's just a fad on tv.

@Who cares , ma'am u gave Start-Up a 2/10, which means you're an extremely salty and immature person. No drama ever deserves a 2, and you've overlooked any work the drama cameramen, support staff, and writers have done. All this because your inferior KSH didn't get the girl. Have some decency.

oops, sorry I forgot to respond. I actually have a life so I'm busy sometimes. We can nitpick years but NJH has 2 upcoming dramas. Both of them have 12 dramas, but guess what. NJH is 27 and KSH is 35...Tell ur ahjussi he needs to get faster.

You know, I got a theory. Kim Seon Ho chose a manipulative toxic girl to be with. And you know what they say, similar people find each other. I'm starting to think it's true about his fans too...😂

The only reason he took the light was because of the whole letter thing in the story. Not because Kim Seon Ho was super special in any way...people just conflated the whole thing. Put any other actor there and you guys would be going crazy for him too.

You can't compare Lee Dong Wook to KSH. LDW is in a completely different league. And he really did become famous because he played to a certain type. The type where he's good looking enough for be on screen but also be anyone's girlfriend. His visuals were so below Nam Joo Hyuk that people started liking him more (cuz they knew they couldn't imagine themselves with NJH). There was a scene in start up where NJH walks in and everyone gets shocked at his visuals. Imagine KSH in that scene, everyone would laugh. He doesn't have "it".

@ponnu hmm so that’s two movies he lost and won’t get back. It takes two to be in a relationship. This retard got a manipulative woman pregnant…that’s comedy. I’m also not happy to see his downfall…rather just the stans who messed up Start-Up for future viewers because they had a questionable affinity for simps. This dude is screwed regardless of the report. There are plenty of actors better looking and more talented waiting in line. He’s also 35 and time is ticking…tik tok. I didn’t expect much from the third iteration of the story. BOY WAS I WRONG! ML and FL were insanely good. And somehow, using the parallel story, the drama team brought out hidden creativity, and in my opinion, the best iteration you will see.
I honestly don’t cry during dramas. After the movie a moment to remember, this is the second time I cried. 🥺😭

Lol tbh there is one good thing that came out of this drama. I now know who the real ones are lol. If you're on team Nam Do-San, do send a friend request lol.
