Chen Kun is also great in Lost in 1949.You could also try Nirvana in Fire and Joy of Life.
Great, thanks! I wasn't sure which one to start or which was better.

I've heard a plethora of times that Nirvana in Fire is of similar quality to this and I'm stoked to have something to place my attention on as I get over this show. Also, when I search for Nirvana in Fire, two versions are popping up. Which one do you recommend or is it both?

Fellow West Indian from Guyana here! Unfortunately, I have no recollection of any sort of Korean dramas being aired on the television stations here. However, absolutely glad to see that the Korean wave is slowly making its way through the community. The most you find here is BTS on the radio, not much diversity in Kpop on the radio either. There's hope for the future that someday other countries can also diversity what is being shown, for the world is so huge out there, and there is much more to life than your localized airings. Would love to persons from other countries to do this as well!

this is more of a light drama, no heavy feelings, no character that were evil to the point you didnt expect. i really wanted to see FL as the queen, in queen attire, however its not that bad. Overall, its something thats airy and light, no harsh feelings or plot to entangle your emotions. 8/10

disappointed that this show isnt about ben and fai, so if you're watching for them, don't waste your time.

This drama requires some nerves to watch and stay throughout. In the end, its impossible not to want to strangle the side characters to death.

In all of my 5 years of watching Kdramas, never have I ever cried because of the first episode. Moreover, so much. I was highkey sobbing at the end of the first episode and I'm very excited for the next one. I can tell that this will be such a masterpiece! It's so beautiful. I totally recommend to anyone who's hesitant and everyone else, just watch it.

i was highly annoyed with this drama, yet i watched up to ep 20 before making up my mind and dropping it. i proudly say that i was always skipping parts, because some were just completely unnecessary. I couldn't stand Peat nor Kiew. The plot, in my opinion, was made up of clichés tossed here and there. i rather spend my time watched a poor girl/ rich guy cliché than this drama at whole. If one thing that i absolutely loved was Kriss' character. he was splendid.
