nope! however its an open ending.. and you can interpret that however

this had be obsessed in the first half.. then nearing the end, im not even sure what happened. and i think alot of what happened was uncalled for. it lost it's spark towards the end for me. satisfying end for villians, great family love but its just not there! it's at the tip but doesn't hit it at all.

9 years ago, i picked this up because of an otome game. it is literally crazy to think that it's been 9 years since i stepped into the kdrama world. this is my first drama, and back then, it was everything you could imagine! it's definitely in the package in Kdramas for Starters.

I'm on episode 2, and this seems like a pretty okay plot so far.. it's just, I can't stand Orchid's voice.. please tell me it gets better - she's so childlike it's hard to watch.

honestly.. me too! I agree that it just seems like something is missing. This show started with a banger, however I felt that was lost within the recent episodes... and apart from that, the ending feels underwhelming to me, like oh, everything falls back into place which is, as you mentioned, predictable.

love triangles rub my wrong usually because they cause SLS and I'm scared to get my heartbroken so I avoid them at all cost.. but Park Min Young on this one, I can't skip. I might just wait until it's all aired (like someone mentioned in the comments) to watch because my poor heartstrings cannot handle being pulled at. HA IM EXCITED THO

So far, they're both prison centered dramas. Both MLs are being forced to become a whole different version of themselves whilst in prison. Where as in Insider, ML slowly climbs his way up the hierarchy, here the ML is the one on top (at least so far in the show). They're not too vastly different - because both leads are smart, making great moves and finding their ways to survive prison life.

Also Insider didn't really have any romance. Big Mouth has, but I don't see chemistry between them. (imo :/)

Both both are insanely gripping and riveting. Definitely give it a try!

im not completely sure if you will be seeing him on the acting scene right away... especially with how sensitive korean viewership is. if he does appear, people may boycott and such, so i'd say to not get your hopes up too high.. sexual assault isn't something to be proud about

also i was bawling over the last interaction between the king and councilor park.. just me? LOL

there is no true villain in this show, you don't have just one person you love or hate. in fact, you might find yourself loving the people you originally hated, or hating those you thought you liked. this show keeps you on your toes, there's no predictability with what will happen next. the suspense just keeps you at bay, you're always guessing, assuming, and oh boy, do they meet your expectations. the truth will often surpass what you had first thought. this show gives you everything, from the riveting palace politics, suspense, thriller and even well thought out romance. there's no one word to describe how great of a show this is, and it is severely underrated. the ending is just adequate, its good and bad. it leaves you wanting a second season without providing that there will be one. however, as it is, this show is excellent,, but I'm not complaining if they do decide to go for a second season, cheers!

i find it so ironic that the woman he loves is the one to tarnish his beloved country. he definitely still has feelings for her, but she has done too much damage, it's a matter of him putting his foot down and stopping her nonsense. atleast this, but the LC and King can agree on.

thing is, he needs to be careful about how he makes his next move... queen dowager already fell into his trap, it's just a matter of reclaiming his place. the more damage down by QD is the more treason she has committed. in the end, there is no way she can be forgiven.. so let her continue, in the end, it's just her paving her path to her death/end.
