Tbf i both liked the plot and don't like it- it feels that a lot of the plot was able to move just because the ML and the FL had plot armour, if they didn't the drama would have likely ended much more differently... I feel like the writing was weak at some points and compensating at other points. I see a lot of ppl not feeling that the body swap makes sense for the plot and I lowkey agree but from what I'm seeing its basically a device to keep the plot running. Though the conditions of the body swap don't make sense to me in the end oh well it is what it is.. it is still an enjoyable drama but you just gotta overlook some of the weak plot points imo
this truly is a yearner galore type of drama in a way,,, like the LM being a yearner (but a coward at the same time imo) turned him into a villain, the ML and SML being yearners for FL and SFL respectively but also wanting revenge while trying to keep ppl alive... FL's adoptive parents and aunt- like everyone is a yearner but they have made their choices on how yearn lol

honestly that's my biggest question too!! like now we know why he was not happy with the previous king and his hunger for power but how much more would be enough for him? we can see that he himself has started to question why he is doing all of this considering his lady is not even sane atp. Is he going to continue for the sake of it or is he going to stop???? he definitely doesn't love his daughter imo, she is just a tool for him to use
guys am I missing some lore? What was with the cameos at the end? Will we have more of this series or are they preparing for something new in the same 'universe'?????
I dont get why the ratings are so low!!! It is such a good drama - its more of a slice of life rather than romance and i think lots of people expected romance! This is a hospital playlist, resident playbook type of drama and it was so relaxing! you got to see the lives of each of our 5 lawyers and how each one of them developed in their ways of thinking and their courage to take on new journeys and you got the romance, which was just the right amount for a slice of life - im giving it a 9/10 because i wouldve loved more city lolll
this is one of the drama's that you shouldn't actually think too deeply about the plot otherwise there would be things that just don't make sense... but i did really enjoy the drama - the time travel aspect of it was quite refreshing since he ml will basically take anything he touches with himself which is a plot point i wish they played around with more.... i love kim nam gil's acting and i think he brings definitely more of a rom com than just romance vibe - and he brought that comedy side with him which i think is what made this drama charming to me

the bucket list and her self improvement couldve come the moment she realised that she staying her older self for longer as well as the reveal to her parents. then the pacing and the story wouldn't have been so messed up lol. literally we got her 'character development' if we can call it that in episode 16 and thats it.. the she meets jiung and they live happily ever after.. bruh.. i was so into this drama in the beginning but the last episodes just went downhill really fast
the beginning of this drama was so nice and had so much potential and then they ruined it with the second half of the episodes... episode 16 could've been just 5-10 minutes max
The romance is clearly wasted, but tbh i feel the murder plot is also ridiculous.
i think the murder plot was good to a point???? but then when they made the reveal it was literally just that girly kept having witnesses so she just killed them.. I still am confused to why she killed the woman for that senior intern job though
this really is giving me the same disappointment as Heartbeat! the potential and the story were there but thats it! there was no character development between the characters and frankly while i did enjoy the moments between mijin and jiung they really had no substance and were dry! its been 15 episodes and we dont know anything about jiung apart from the tragedy with his mother! he literally could be a side character... like there were so many times he couldve found out mijin was imsun and we couldve had so much development between the characters and their journeys... this is just freaking disappointing
bruh... honestly the story idea itself isn't too bad... the only thing out of place is the romance! if there was no romance between the leads this story would've made so much more impact AND SO MUCH MORE SENSE!!!! hugely disappointed
gosh i loved this drama so much! they had their serious moments but kept the humour and comedy up until the end! lots of kdramas fail to that lol every single character was shining throughout the series and you can't forget them! a beautiful second lead couple and a really good second ml!!!
