many people don't like relationship between siblings
But they grew up together in same house raised by the same father so their relationship is stronger like any other siblings....plus at this point it doesn't even matter if female lead ends up elder brother or younger brother or neither of them...it will not affect the story

They added 6 eps it's not the end yet
I think they will just stretch the original episode to make it 46 ....there will be no additional ....so it does not matter if you watch 40 episode version or 46 episode one

I don't think they will add additional story but shorten this one to make it 46....like they did for love designer
