Super excited for this one! Of course, once I heard it was adapted from a manga, I had to start reading it, suffice to say, I could not stop. It's really interesting, I'm curious how it's going to be executed on TV.
As for the cast: I was happy enough to see Ai-chan and Narita pair up, and then Riku was added to the cast! Ai and Riku were paired together as a couple a year ago in Manatsu no Cinderella, and this is their 4th time acting together. I didn't think they would work together so soon <3
The manga is still ongoing, so the story is nowhere complete, interesting how it's going to play out, especially some scenes.
I'm looking forward to this, mainly because the lead actress deserves more lead roles. Also I do like the male lead too. The chemistry looks good in the trailer
How often do dramas suddenly get an extra episode to their count? I was not expecting another episode, not that I'm complaining, I'm only here for Airi and Osamu.
Lowkey, I want Takumi and Natsumi to get together now...
the male lead is old and not cute..... and the story i feel has no plot... i will be dropping this
tbh the female lead, Nana-chan, has been paired with a much older guy, Tomoya Nakamura, and their chemistry in that show was off the charts, check it out, it's called Kono Koi wa Atatamemasuka. She had much better chemistry with him than with the current lead, but he's not ugly, it's just his character here is kinda plain, he's pretty good actually.
I wish I gave the show a chance when it was first released. I wasn't as interested because of Netflix's quick synopsis. I had also watched about 2 police related dramas during that time. Maybe if they didn't use the photo of her with the police uniform, I might have clicked on it. I got into it after seeing a Gangjae x Jiwoo edit, do you know how sick that is?! they weren't even a thing, and yet I got interested. This show deserves way more recognition, Netflix didn't it give it enough justice with that amount of promotion. Still, I'm really glad I got to watch it.
The love story probably wasn't necessary (kinda caught me off guard) and then it REALLY (like Penthouse really) caught me off guard.
This actor had made an impact on me when he portrayed Tejiro in Yae no Sakura, as one of the boys of the Byakkotai unit. I had always been curious what his name was, and it took me years to find him, and finally I recognized him as Take-chan in Beppin-san. He deserves more recognition.

tbh I like both actors so maybe I'm biased.
