No, you probably should be chewed out over this because you're not engaging your brain. Who benefits from a bunch of workers trash talking production conditions? The workers? All they're doing is risking their jobs. In an industry where exploitation is an absolute constant, why would you require such a high standard of proof when anything provided will implicate the people involved? This isn't some personal accusation to drag a star's reputation. It's a bunch of workers complaining about their working conditions. Bleating about a lack of proof is basically just throwing your lot in with exploitative companies. It's not a neutral position.

I'm the same, I dropped it halfway through the first episode then only decided to go back after watching Love Between Fairy and Devil. I really need to stop dropping dramas, I almost missed 3 of my favourites (The Untamed too) from not giving them a chance.

It's not forced. That's just what she's like, she's the same in real life. I dropped it for the same reason, until I saw the actress behind the scenes and she's just a cute person. I went back and gave it another go, and she grew on me in a major way. LBFAD is now one of my favourite series, after failing twice to even get through the first episode 😂

Can anyone recommend any other series of this kind? The only other one I've seen similar was Once Upon a Time in Lingjian Mountain. I think I'm tired of romances. I want more comedy adventures with audacious heroes.

My interpretation of the ending is that it's the way love interconnected the two of them that saved him. This is represented by the tree covered in red and gold decorations, his colour was gold and hers was red. Love brings the two together and they became part of the cosmic interconnected threads of love, too strong be destroyed because their primordial spirits are a part of something bigger 😊
