Finished till Ep 14.. Its a great watch..

Just finished Ep 1... After 3-4 months of Chinese and Thai Dramas.. I finally came across a good Korean Rom-Com... Its going to be great binge watch..

I haven't watched this drama.. yet somehow this seems very familiar... Is this remake of an old version? For eg: I already know regarding the 5 Million loan... it came because of the Uncle of the FL...

You won't regret starting it.. this is different from our regular overbearing CEO's dramas and contract marriage dramas... Also the best part is that the leads share a great chemistry. It is one of those rare dramas which has sweetness overloaded with lot of kisses and hugs... especially in the second half...

He indeed goes out of his way to help her out.. but its most likely that he is considerate of her due to her helping out with his kids. He is relaxed around her as well.. But I don't get any romance vibe when he does all this for her.. but more like a Mentor guiding a young girl.. perhaps this will become the foundation of the relationship based on which the romance will bloom later on...

I was hoping to see any of her dramas as a lead role.. Looks like we will need to wait for it.. I find it hard to believe that such a talented actress hasn't been cast as a lead so far. . She should probably change her Agent.

I agree. I think both the leads didn't have any chemistry and the romance scenes seemed very forced. I couldn't see any passion radiating from them. There weren't any major powerful scenes as well.

Good Script with Poor acting... I wish they had used a better cast. The chemistry between the actors isn't great either... I think the only person who was cast well was Ru Shuang. She did her role very well.

Some dragging is fine.. its just that certain dramas tend to get repetitive or the story doesn't move forward or they use too many cliches.. making it imbearable... I tried watching Once Again.. Dropped it within the first 5 episodes.. Doesn't seem like my cup of tea.

Actually, the ML has positive feelings for the FL but not in a romantic manner considering she is too young. The writers are walking on a thread line here and I don't think they would show him falling in love with her too soon considering their age gap... This confession is most likely to make him draw a line with her. If the writers show ML falling in love directly, it will cause uproar among the traditional viewership leading to drop in ratings. As a producer, I wouldn't risk money on such a plot.

I have completed a few of them.. My favorites being Ugly Alert, Five Enough and My Father is Strange. I have dropped too many to count.. lol.

I think the most crucial to weekend dramas are Ep 25 to 35. This is where most of us drop them because many tend to drag there. Also I never expected FL to confess this soon.. but i think they did it so that ML can actually start considering her a partner. Otherwise, he will look like a pervert to have feelings for such a young girl.

I more worried about the Kids reaction.. It is one thing to like her as a Teacher but if she suddenly enters into a relationship... it would be too much especially for the Daughter since she is too close in age. .. Also I can see problems arising between the brothers and sister who re-united after 40 years.. considering the love angle developing two people who didn't make it to the dinner...

I think that MBA doctor will cheat on Se Ryeon... where Dae Beom's will finally take action and will admit to his feelings... I can also see that girl abandoning her money for Dae Beom.. The drama is going to provide a solid Makchang... I am enjoying a Family Makchang after a long time..... Last one I saw was... My Father is Strange.

Lol.. I think the pace is good.. I am not sure I would have enjoyed this dramas this much if I was binging it... There is only so much of Makchang you can take for a day.

I have watched 100+ dramas subbed in English... Now I am watching this drama both before and after sub. Its too good to wait for subbing. I am able to understand nearly 75% of the content without any subs. I probably won't be able to form a sentence in Korean but I can understand 75% what they are saying.....

However to share my learning experience of other languages, ( I can speak 3 of them) all of them are from different words and sounds. (English, Hindi and Tamil). I think the most easiest way to learn is to speak them. You need to have a friend, who knows both French and Korean. So you speak to him Korean. Ask him if you don't know the word.. If you don't have such friend, then Try to learn 10 new words everyday... There are lot of youtubers who takes these classes.

Its the worst drama if you are looking for romance.. literally, you won't feel even a bit of chemistry. The FL will agree to marry her childhood puppy love and abandon the ML... then she will find that the puppy love was actually ML.. and will go back to him in the end.. I mean what the fuck???

1) In the entire show the Giseang role is less than 30 mins... I don't think she deserves a back story.
2) The second is not an speculation. The writer had implied the death of second prince by saying that the second star has disappeared from the sky.

I thought the FL was much older than the ML but it turnsout the ML is also 29 year old.. he just has a baby face.

The writers had focused more on the Main Couple and the curse and the royal family. Everyone else in the story where there to just support them. They never discussed them. So their motivations and what happened to them wasn't highlighted in the drama.

Here is the problem.

1) In Pinnochio, if the guy had removed her hand and kissed her... I can agree with your assessment. Instead he kissed her hand. That would be asking for permission. Then she removes the hand and kisses him voluntarily. He respected her boundaries there.

2) In WWWSK, when he hired her as her secretary, he wasn't in love with her. He did only because of his desire to protect a girl who supported him during the worst time of his life. Since she had no memories of what happened that night.. he thought its better to kept that way. You can't callout on this.

3) He never blocked her blind date. I have watched this drama like 10 times. She went on her blind date and he was waiting for her outside after end of her date. Thats how that tie scene came to be.

So in both terms.. that article misrepresents both his intentions and actions. He proposed to her in the beginning only because of the impression that Ms.Kim was in love with him due to that flower allergy which he wasn't aware of. It was only on later does he realize that he actually loves her and thats why it bothers him that she is going away. However your article literally says that he loved her and so he put her job as his secretary which is completely incorrect.

The part 1 was more meaningful.... That's the only reason I came to read this part 2. However I immediately noticed many scenes where there shouldn't be no issue of consent were used. Eg: What's wrong with Secretary King. I don't remember a single scene where the ML used his position against FL. He did pursue her like any guy do, and used all the resources he had.. being rich means...he had many resources.. Even when he took her on the first date, he could have called and said that she needs to stay here as a part of her job.. instead, he used the help of a common friend to call her there and then surprised her. He never used their work relationship dynamics for his personal benefit. They were each others support for over 9 years and their relationship was more complex... as they told us throughout the first 8-10 episodes in the form of flashbacks.

However when I see that even this drama, made it to the list.. I can't help but be disappointed in the person who wrote this article. Including the fact that you used the Chair Push scene and named it "Mixed Feelings". In that particular scene.. there was no issue of consent. Both ML and FL wanted to kiss ... They both leaned into it.. However, due to his trauma, he pushed her away. It was not a mixed signal. He explains to the FL about his inability to kiss as well, then she took the matter into her own hands.

It was implied that ginseng took over them.. She was the one who was managing things for him... She used her resources to help second prince rebel..
