We are on the same boat. Forever reminder to self. Stubborn me! 🤭🤭🤭
I tried Sweet Teeth twice. I dropped both times within 20 mins.. The characters are too dumb and plain... The acting isn't that great either... So basically it has nothing to keep me interested.

I just couldn't resist the temptation after watching the trailer.. There are many dramas whose trailers are good but the dramas never interest me... best example is last month top rated Sweet Teeth. I dropped within 20 mins of starting.. so I just got curious about this drama and then I got carried away... lol

Are they together yet? Like official loving part.
The guy is into her but hasn't realized that yet.. I don't think they will make it official before Ep 15 considering their current relationship status and progress.

I just wanted to check out Ep 1 and see if I should add it to my Plan to Watch list. ... I shouldn't have done that. Now I am just dying, waiting here for the Ep 11.. . Again a remainder to my stupid self, not to checkout a drama while it is still airing...

Looks like it's going to be another Fluffy, swoon-worthy contract marriage drama following the lead of Love is Sweet, Love in Time. Be with you...

The fact that you remembered this little detail even after a year... man thats amazing.. I usually watch and forget most of the dramas except their main storyline and if any amazing scene in them.

Title Goodbye, My Love Spoiler
I don't feel like the ending was rushed tbh. Just cause a drama was left "open ended" doesn't mean it was rushed.
Actually the people are saying it is rushed because of the quick divorce and his split up with the women he was cheating with. A divorce takes time. Its not a quick matter like they have shown in the drama. Eg: Childs Custody. Even though he cheated on her. The child has more stronger bond with the husband.. since he was a househusband and have been taking care of her. If suddenly she needs to part away with her dad, it will be very difficult for her. They didn't cover these aspects. Any parent won't let go of their beloved child that easily. Most of the divorce case get struck on either on the issue of Alimony or Custody. So there was a lot of issues which weren't handled and we suddenly reached the ending.

In this case its actually the opposite. Its the husband who is financially dependent.

How is the ending?
Its an open ending. They get divorced and the husband goes back to try to reconcile with her but they don't show what will happen. It ends with both of them looking at each other after her interview.

Title A River Runs through It Spoiler
wow when u killed 36 eps by the ending just like that its way far from slow burn romance its just slow romance…
I am not even satisfied with the amount of time they spent apart. I mean they could have shown that they resolved their issues when he came back for a vacation and had to be in a long distance relationship till he completes his college and with them chatting or missing each other calls due to busy schedule.. The suprise visits etc. All this can be shown in those 2 episodes where they used other fillers.. like the dinner with ex-crush etc.

It is not realistic that they didn't talk to each other for such a long time. Their misunderstanding are too easy to resolve. They have so many common best friends between them. They could have easily solved their misunderstandings.
On A River Runs through It Oct 6, 2021
Another drama with a forced breakup. I just never understood the reason why they need to lose touch and have a misunderstanding for such a long time especially when they have so many common best friends. It's just that the Korean and Chinese dramas love these forced breakups to fill the episodes which the viewers never understand. Every 13th/14th episode of kdrama have a breakup for 1-7 years. Now I see that Chinese dramas are adapting the trend as well.

Actually its kind of Husbands fault. When she brought the topic of moving abroad and studying for the exams. He said "Yes". He gave her the hope and only when she started to make it happen, did he realize that he doesn't want to go.

I haven't watched the drama yet.. but then again, the bankers were proud of themselves during those times saying that they are helping people save money and earn money. However they never informed them about the risk associated especially when the bank was lending all the money back to a single industrialist. This just happened with a small bank in India where they had lent nearly 70% of bank's money to a single company who filed for a bankruptcy. Bcs of this the banker also filed bankruptcy. The person who lost the money are all those small savers who deposited their life savings.

That's why they say don't put all your eggs in a single basket.

During 1900's the banks were founded by industrialists to fund themselves. We had similar issues in India. That's the reason govt took over all the banking operations from the private players in 1969. The banks never used to give out loan to people in agriculture and other such sectors. It was only after 1990, that they started allowing private players to enter into the industry again.

Dropped within 20 mins. I can see that it's going to be another stupid drama that Chinese producers love to make. I mean its quite obvious with the fact that the ML is a CEO of a company that has a ban on females in the company.. why bcs he was cheated by his ex. I mean seriously?

1) Actually he tried too.. its just that other family didn't take him in.. So you can't say he didn't.. its rather he was unable to do.
2) I don't she was bad for the ML. I mean she wanted him to move abroad. He had agreed to her and they started studying for exams as well. However he felt guilty when his siblings asked him about it and decided to not go. She wasn't interested in staying in China, not because of ambition but bcs of her family. He wanted to stay in china bcs of his family. So the breakup was inevitable. I won't say it was anyone's fault. Its just they wanted different things in life.
3) Er Chiang was never interested in that girl. I mean he literally never slept his wife even after marriage. So he was as much as at fault as her. She broke things off with her boss when she started daring Er Chiang bcs she understood that the boss will always prioritize his wife but it was the cold face from him that she returned back to her boss.
_____
1) Again the reason I said I never understood is because he also had another girl. So we can't really say that he didn't had another place to go. I guess he was the worst character on screen, even worse than their father.

2) You are right. I guess, she probably resented him bcs of their family poverty and they didn't have enough food to feed all the mouths..
