No offence but I am really disappointed that a portion of Season 1's audience is so childish. People grow with time but a section of the audience seems to have grown immature with all their complaining ಠ_ಠ

I want to stop reading the comment section from now on for this series.

I only said that because both of them mentioned they wanted to work in one together xD

Dong Wook can pull off dark roles really well. And I don't mean typical villain kinda dark. Sort of just twisted but human kinda thing. Somehow his acting vibe just goes naturally with it.
I like this mode of his better than the good guy/innocent roles.

Tho I absolutely don't want him to be typecasted.

I just imagined him as a princess waiting for rescue and it's funny how his personality kind of fits XD XD
Tho Dong Jae is very resourceful and a "I will survive no matter what" kinda person so I am at least reassured that nothing too bad would happen to him

You call digging through an year worth of case files to get the clue instead of directly prying his friend lacking in determination ? XD XD
I don't see what's wrong with being lost sometimes. Everyone is.

Top Notch Actress. In a class of her own.

Well, even if they aren't in a military/ investigation drama together I am still glad both him and Wang Yibo got to star in a drama of this genre

Epi 6 nailed it !
Now the stage is all set ! The pieces are all in place, and oh that Yeo Jin and Si Mok interaction was soo gooood and sent butterflies in my heart and.. ahem so yes, real action is about to begin, the interrogations, finding clues and Si Mok kept that can in his pocket instead of turning it down!! ahem and yes brilliant cliffhanger, stuff is about to get real daebak!

Ahh the episodes are too short !
Feels so exhilarating to watch this series as always. It's much tougher to pass 24 hours for the Sunday's episode release than passing the week!

I felt grateful for two things from this drama :
The comic relief
and Introduction to Zhang Nan. I absolutely found her attractive! And she is good at pulling off roles. Not corny either.
Very much looking forward to her Couple Of Mirrors Drama !

I find myself being able to go through dramas with bad writing just because of his great character portrayal and acting!
I wish for him to be given more screen time !!

I think all that is to try and set up a background for the plot and its major case elements first. This time they may be thinking to dig in the characters in depth later and that's when I hope the drawn out conversations will come in. We need to know about the matters at hand first after all before the characters converse on them.

I admired the slow going conversations of S1 a lot too. I think that's not how S2 has started off because we are already familiar with many of the characters and their depths in S1 via those long conversations and smooth slow setting in S1.

Also in S1 Plot elements came in one by one. It started with 1 murder. And then one by one things were brought in the setting as it all happened in the present timeline. In S2 however there are multiple elements right off the bat and most of the plot elements being dealt with happened in the past so their introduction is what shelves the dialogue time and conversations between the present characters.
I have a positive feeling that once the setting has been done we will have more of the OG feels back.

IKR. I never watch previews. Episode 3's preview was one of the very few I decided to see cuz I just couldn't contain my excitement and I absolutely regretted doing that by the end of episode 4 when I still didn't find the rooftop scene xD

I think and hope it's going to be more of a YJ & SM working together against injustices of both the police and prosecution while preserving the integrity of each of their respective professions.
That's more like the outstanding quality of writing this drama has after all.

It's Lee Yeon Jae's brother. We have so far only been introduced to him in mentions. He hasn't appeared yet.
His first mention was in Season 1 when Lee Yeon Jae recalls how she and her husband met in her brother's (Lee Seong Jae) trial for the first time.
Lee Chang Jun was prosecuting her brother at the time and did not give him preferential treatment for being the son of Hanjo's chairperson. Which as she mentions is what made her take a positive note of Lee Chang Jun instead of being mad at him for prosecuting her brother.

Can someone tell me if Wei Yi Chen romances anyone in this? And if yes then who? I saw that Nan Ruo develops an interest in him in the first episode but I want to know if Wei Yi reciprocates that interest or not?
