The PM Koo's turnaround is not that sudden, but indeed it can give that impression.
The necessary focus has not been made on this character and its evolution. Obviously, it was drowned out by tons of other situations and characters, often useless.
If it had been done better, the PM Koo would have been at the center of more interesting conflict situations, and there would have been no doubt about her growing rage. It remains to be seen whether in the end, this character was really useful, given the way she ends up in Episode 13.

What I'm doing on my side: the good and the bad parts.
It gives a lot more opportunity to someone who is hesitant to watch the drama. It will be a confusing, boring, tiring, badly told drama in which the story doesn't move forward. At least people are warned and don't lose their nerves when they see the drama. There is also genius in the way to correlate clues and events, if you can get past the flaws. Sometimes good dialogue, good comedy, and better romance than what many people say. And of course, good acting.

This is a mistake. Maybe it makes sense to give the impression of a non-linear chronology. But the problem is, it doesn't work. This is one of the many negatives of the narrative, which is particularly bad in general during episodes 1 to 10. The problem is that scattering scenes with meaning and clues doesn't mean making good scenes per se, even less so when the order and splitting also sabotages the follow-up of one or more storylines by an excess of broken situations with too many characters.

I don't care if it's a flop. It just annoys me that people are so desperate to prove that it's not a flop.
I don't need it to be a flop to understand how badly it's done in some aspects. Goblin wasn't a flop, and this is the most boring drama I know.

Ep11 is exciting, Ep12 not so but nice, Ep13 have good points but repeat some the previous errors too.
Ep1-10 : small nice times. like some comedy or romance scene. But romance is drowned down by some narrative mistakes too.

I think the drama requires a lot of concentration, but in vain.
A bit like taking a math class with an incompetent teacher unable to explain things clearly. In doing so, all the qualities concerning the logic of the story and its correlations are buried under a ton of manure. And even worse, scattered in many boring scenes. Some good scenes are not highlighted, or worse, lose their strength because of a bad narrative context.
