I hate what's this drama is doing to Gang Shinjae. I mean, can't they give him a little bit of happiness? Why…
Shin-Jae and his gang are a pain in the ass. Shouldnt exist. Here, Ep13, finaly a good scene with Shin-Jae (Kiss scene). Best scene with sinjae since Ep2 ones.
Ep13 start very well, but end to be meh. Usual useless secondary caracthers. Damn-it. There is no more time to…
Add to that, these secondary caracters end up with anticlimatic resolution. They were useless all the way. Even PM Koo. A good caracters. End up like a slugh on the road. You are right, if I could, I would kill 3/4 of the cast in the screenwriter mind, before she wrote a single line of her script.

I think after this type of feedback from many, most show makers shd go for badly written and badly edited stories..…
You should. It's the most important. A famous director said (sorry, I don't remember his name) : "I can make a bad movie with a good script, but I can't make a good movie with a bad script."
When I saw the title of your article, I was sure it was going to be a bad article with a lot of bad reasons. Well, it's not! You've summed up the important points very well. Congratulations. As far as the "Fast Burn" is concerned, in some cases it is very well done. I'll take the IRIS drama as an example. As the drama is very inspired by a previous film of the director, he also had time to master this part.

LOOOOOOOOOOOL!!!!!!! "pioneer". It is rather the show that risks tarnishing this kind of collaboration! Crash Landing on You, or Kingdom are shows that really hit Netflix, surpassing the big western shows, reaching the 3rd position in the ranking.

What's funny about this article is what she said: "if the viewers can't accept it then it isn't a good script." KES reveals in advance that her script for TKEM is not good, by her own standards. ^^ "Drama is not an art but an hour long entertainment." Here, she may have changed her philosophy, if you believe in drama fans who consider it art. Jackson Pollock art style. ^^ My opinion is neither one nor the other. I think it's possible to do something artistic while having accessible content.

One of the fans of drama told me recently, that to immerse yourself in it, you shouldn't try to analyse and interpret it. I think she's right, because there's no other way. Fans of drama are able to say one thing or its exact opposite to protect their darling! Reality is much more down to earth. We'll never know what the writer's intention was. Whether it's desired, or a clumsiness. In the finale, she made the wrong choice.

Maybe it's a similar feeling when you go to a post-modern art museum. And there's a big sculpture made out of compressed cars carcasses in one room, and a pile of dead leaves on the floor in another room. :-)
This plot is sometimes confusing me and it shouldn't,since I am a wibbly wobbly, timey wimey travel stuff fan...I…
The plot is not confused, but rather the way the plot is told. And it is indeed disastrous. Anything that can be done to create artificial and unnecessary confusion is done. I did a case analysis: I realized that even by reviewing the episodes and paying attention to the details (which we shouldn't need to do already), there is no deductive way to know exactly what is going on. This is for an important situation, leading the viewer to experience the drama painfully afterwards, since without knowing this, the rest is meaningless. I'm not talking about an enigma made to remain hidden, but just a normal situation that was meant to be understood.
Once again, I love complex stories too. But this one is badly told. It's why the rating are so low. Even a complex…
I don't have time to detail all objectives points about what I say as "bad storytelling" here. I started to write an article about that. So, I will finish this, but it take a long time to make. If you fully enjoy the show despite the flaws, I'm glad for you, you are a lucky one. I'm unable to do so, when all this jump at me so obviously. It's even more frustrating when in the background, the ideas are here and you can feel a great work.
Sherlock is a good example of a story well told. The viewer easily understands the plot! The plot is pleasant and exciting to follow and encourages immersion. What the audience does not understand is why or how the crime took place. But spectators can use their intelligence to try to guess in advance. If TKEM were so well told, it would be a great success!

Point 1 : Hotel King, last episode.
Point 2 : Doctor Stranger. SFS with Kang So-Ra.
Point 3 : Jang Ok Jung. Useless Chilhood.
Well, it's not! You've summed up the important points very well. Congratulations.

I'm hooked to know what it is and maybe watch it.

Tongue just make blah blah.
Two differents way to tell stories, different feeling and style.
