On episode 2, I completely forgot the husband have an affair with: The lawyer... then the journalist!! Ah, I'm surprised like if I'm watching for the first time. So nice. The journalist doubled down on my expectation.
Even the husband cheats, I like the character, always elegant, always smiling. In this episode, we are mostly in his POW, so we root for him, facing his scary wife. ^^ The guy has nerves made of steel for keeping his calm and urgently escape "dangerous" situations. All the tricks he uses are funny, like his kit for cleaning clothes, or offering the same perfume as his wife. He not only cheats, he's an expert! The drama is a tutorial. 😄
He throws his kit in a garbage can. Now he's decided to stop cheating. So it would be unfair to get problems now, isn't it? 😁
The rationale behind what powers she can and can not use is just getting skewed by every passing episode. She…
So far, kdramas often don't care about that. Gods, goblins, demons, aliens, etc, have a blurry set of super-powers, often the same, without precise limitations. And for plot purpose, suddenly they can't do a little thing, or their power doesn't work in this precise situation. A drama like "Moving" is more precise with the set of super-powers the people have. So a guy with only flying ability can't stop time. But in fantasy dramas, it's free at will.
Okay, we understand that there won’t be a happy ending. Please don’t mention it in every episode😥
I'm not confident about that. Looks like a hook, and a last plot-twist turns that in a happy ending, making the drama even more disappointing. I can smell that, and it smells bad.
I didn't watched yet Ep3. It's morning and I keep my concentration for something better. I'll watch that when I'm tired and I don't need my brain. Probably I'll need a drink to stand that.
I hope comedy and good pace continue, because it's mostly the few I like here. And also curiosity about how stupid it can go, and how bad will be some plots or scenes. The drama set the bar very high already. I'd like to say at least it's not boring, but in fact, a 15 minutes beating scene with no other purpose turns out to be really boring.
I like Park Shin Hye, but don't get lot of luck with her recent dramas, as I've drop Dr Slump out of boredom, and here, she can deliver only 10% of her talent. Probably any other actress could take the role and do as good, or maybe better. It doesn't exploit her real potential. The drama style seems it won't, but who know? Depending if there is some evolution of the character. But maybe I will never know if I have enough and drop the drama, as I don't care to watch or not this trash.
This is the best acting I’ve seen from the FL thus far in her career. She’s giving bad bitch every episode…
I'm not agree (but who care?😆), she was really better in some other dramas. But here, it's not her fault, she has to play a cliché-badass character and makes tons.
I'm rewatching. On episode 2... (in 32 episodes format)

I'm really sad because I know that Hyeri will have to disappear at some point, and I already love her so much.…
I was thinking that first, but I changed my mind. I don't think she will disappear. It's difficult to know the psychological process for now. But I try a guess: Eun Ho trauma lead her to "amputate" a part of her mind, and making her an incomplete being. This part starts to be alive, with resurrection of dead Hyeri, as split disorder. I expect Hyeri growing and somehow merge with Eun Ho at the end.
Ep 1 kicks off by glorifying police brutality through a detective who expresses zero remorse for hurting a criminal,…
Your text makes sens. This drama is similar to a gladiatorial show in ancient Rome, where the crowd enjoys the blood and the slaughter. The difference is that the gladiators could fight for their lives, whereas the heroine of the drama is simply a torturer.
what's this hair magic? looks like she doesn't have bangs after 4AM
It's ok. My standard is so low now, since Temptation of Wife when a character is supposed to be another one, just with a mole on the face. Hair bangs sounds like NASA science in comparison. 😂
Hard to say. I've read a review saying it's too fast-paced, when I find that slow. Then, in episode 2 there are slow scenes with lot of tension. When two characters meet, and because the situation is weird, I'm dying to know how it will happen. Riveted on each line and character reactions. And of course, the scene needs to be slow to create that tension.
why the low rating? this looks promising and i want to watch it
First episode has lot of exposition and it's difficult to see the point. I was on the verge to drop the drama after first 15 minutes. Then I continued and don't regret it. It's becoming better later in the episode, and episode 2 was surprisingly good. It's made like older dramas, where first episode is a slow set-up, but today audience is less patient, and I have to admit, me too, even when I watched lot of older dramas with slow setup.
I maybe post on main comment per episode?
I forgot too how it starts, but the scene jumped to me as soon as I watched.
I'm using the 32 episodes format (half hour ep), and you?

It makes sens with the poster, when we read it right:
