I dont agree on two accounts 1. I think his sister is the murderer. 2. I dont believe his father was also framed. I think that would be stretching the plot a little too much. But then again anything is possible in kdrama world :P
I think it was his sister who killed the village headman cuz he probably tried to molest her or something. And he took the knife, put it in his bag and fled so that he would be accused instead of his sister.
