No, doesn't really make sense since the way they are using AI doesn't affect anyones' jobs.

Still can't get over how cringe it is that she named her company "In Jae company".

I don't think the revenge thing was shoehorned in because they have been setting it up from the start and it had to be related to one of the mains. This will help HJP grow into a better person.

If you're going by intentions, I don't think NDS has any bad intentions either just that he also makes bad decisions (while caring a lot for SDM)

Why is that this was an accident? But NDS has malicious intent in choosing not to take up HJP on his plan B, it was probably because HJP has made it clear that that he doesn't believe in him and his company and is only investing because of SDM.

Which he doesn't want because it is his company and he is much more invested in it than SDM, so getting investment just because HJP likes SDM is not helpful to his company. On the other hand, Alex recognizes his potential.

Your reasons clearly show your bias as they are not as bad as you're making them out to be. There's no doubt that NDS is a flawed character but so is everyone else in the show.

1) He was a 10-13? year old kid, he didn't plan to cheat, just happened to see the formula/answer of the question he was struggling with. Anyone in his place would do the same. And he still feels guilty over it.
2) He fell in love with her character because supporting his dream and rooting for him is part of her character and set on making himself as successful as she thinks he is. I don't see what's wrong here?
3) How did he use SDM to get into Sandbox? If anything she wouldn't be chosen as a CEO if not for him choosing her over In Jae. (which nobody else would do)
4). HJP also had multiple opportunities to tell her the truth but chose not to. DS did resolve to tell the truth but then got overwhelmed by the grandma by being blind. He was at fault here.
5) He is depicted as a character with not much going for him when the show starts (which HJP never fails to remind him in the earlier episodes). His parents though loving are also a source of his insecurities because their love is related to his success. And having a family and friends doesn't mean that people have no insecurities, are not self deprecating or don't hate themselves. Plenty of people in real life have everything going for them and they still are depressed and even commit suicide :(

No, he asked DS why he was there and said himself "are you here to just help" to which DS says yes. I think this was in episode 3.
