Just started episode 2 and the siblings are so cute! haha I feel like I'm so used to watching siblings actually fight each other or hate each other, that these 2 bickering but loving siblings warm my heart haha

Honestly, gotta say it, Li Yunrui & Meng Zi Yi are a very compatible onscreen pairing. Enjoyed them a lot in Blossom and though the story here is a bit slower, their romance scenes are still really nice.

binged the latest 2 episodes and all I gotta say is that if mom, Wei Rao, and little bro teamed up, everyone should start digging their Graves now. I mean, the empress already has a head start by bringing up Bi Tao when Wei Rao's granny literally tried to have her not start her revenge path. but dumb bih just wanted a head start on her funeral 🫪 cause Wei Rao is now out for blood. and i feel like little bro was acting with Wei Rao cause that fight between them felt kind of out of place lol

also, throw in Lu Zhuo with those 3, his family and General Qi, and really, i think they could take out the Hans lol

Confused about the cowardly maid. Like.... why did she point in that direction knowing her fellow maid would search for the dog? why not just both leave? ugh after Bi Tao, now she's lost another kind maid and left with this one 😮‍💨

and omggg don't get me started on Bi Tao!! I dont think I've cried that much for a support character in awhile 😭😭😭 my poor girl got forgiveness and was finally back by her lady's side only for her to die shortly after 😭

i'm excited now that there's more villains and the families are all sorted lol the Lu and Zhou against the Han.

that's what i said. I was like lady li's maid is kicking @ss with almost no weapon lol and the other Consort said her younger brother isnt good with the pen or arms but I beg to differ. lol he also protected his sister without getting wounded. him and the maid were awesome!! lol

I assumed as much. It seems they're both seeking some type of revenge and the story is slowly revealing it. Can't wait for the action!

On episode 4 and I have no clue what the plot is but their romance is slow-burning lol I'll keep watching but I generally enjoy more action-oriented historical. They're both more mellow characters so far even the FL. She may be royalty and acts as such, but she's neither cruel nor ruthless. Both are quite even tempered, if anything lol

One thing I've been loving about the show is also how they show us rather than just tell us. At the beginning we had Ing tell Yok he likes him, but without him saying it again we can see Ing falling more and more for Yok. He's so soft for him and really gives in to him when he probably wouldn't to anyone else. And you can see Yok also giving in to Ing and slowly falling for him. From him smiling and enjoying Ing's cute side to him waiting for his P'Ing to text back. If he really didn't care, he wouldn't have even sent such a text to invite him to box. I feel like he was also slightly trying to have Ing remove Pite from the project so he could prevent it without backing out of it himself and kinda betraying Itt. But... yeah. At least he looked and felt guilty. Still waiting for begging and obsessed with Ing era... which shouldn't be long now. lol

should start next episode with them broken up and Ing bringing Junior to the restaurant opening but probably won't ramp up until episode 10+.

we're on ep 6 and this is pretty much ch 49 in the manhua. we still have the pool scene, if they keep it in. then the rescue scene. him finding out Yok likes/d Itt. and then the final reveal of Yok's betrayal with Itt and Itt's.... that scene lol I'm wondering how Force will change Itt's storyline, if at all. I'm pettty and don't want him to have a happy ending lolol have it offscreen.

Okay, they really knew how to deal the hurt even with the preview. We know Ing was trying to quit smoking and it just had to end with the scene of him looking devastated while exhaling smoke 😭

Getting myself ready for the angst because there really isn't that many more happy moments. lol... we'll have them go to the building inspection and Ing risks his own safety to rescue Yok but soon after.... Ing finds out the truth sooo.... our honeymoon era was short and sweet - like 10 minutes of ep 6 LMAO. Time for the divorce and begging era. 🫪

😏😏😏 whelp, we all knows how Yok ends up down the line when Ing no longer wants anything to do with him. and honestly, well deserved lol can't wait for his yearning/groveling arc.

Watching ep5 for the nth time cause I'm addicted to the show as much as Yok is about to get addicted to Ing 🫪

Okay, yeah, that's what I thought. I keep seeing discourse about how Yok planned it and he's just acting and it's not real and I'm like.... where did we get this from because I do not see that anywhere unless it was mentioned in the novel - which I haven't read. I'm like... Yok and especially Itt would NEVER want them entangled in an intimate relationship lol this was faaaaar from planned lol

Hang on hang on, can the novel readers help me out here cause I'm reading comments that don't align with what I read in the manhua so wondering if there's more details in the novel that just didn't show up.

Yes, Yok is working with Itt to take land/money from Ing so that they could start their own company so that Itt doesn't have to continue living in "shame" and being bullied by his brother. However, Yok getting intimate with Ing was never part of the plan, right? The plan was just to have both of them intern at Ing's company so that they could obtain information and steal his money. Neither Itt nor Yok planned the "honey trap", Ing did that all on his own or am I missing something? Because I keep reading comments that says it's all part of Yok's plan and I'm pretty damn sure he did not plan to get intimate with the brother he supposedly despised. lol It felt more like he was trying to execute a plan, fell into lust with Ing, and then actually fell for him when he realized that he's not the person he expected him to be and instead he actually works hard to get where he is and though has his moments of "mistreating" Itt, he actually still supports his brother and if anything..... cares just enough about him. Surely, he treats the mother worst but hey.... that's a different story and even then, he doesn't really do anything too drastic. He barely even goes home lol and then he finds out Itt isn't as innocent as he seems and is no longer who he remembers from the past, so now he lost the memory of his "first crush" and his kind of kind of not boyfriend lol is this right or did I accidentally get something wrong cause there were parts of the manhua that was poorly translated....

Was definitely biting my nail watching ep 5 🫣 it was such a fun watch. the car scene was done so well and i'm sorry for beating a dead horse but Bank really owns this role. While Copter is doing well enough as Yok, Bank nails Ing's character. Every expression he makes really captures the moment and Ing's personality and really makes you engaged in the scene. He goes from serious to flirty to serious so well. And Copter does very well in showing Yok's growing desire with Ing. I wished they kept the moment where Yok wasn't happy until he got to tie Ing's tie on before they started eating since it showed that he really was starting to get possessive. I'm kind of dreading the future episodes where it goes dark and we don't see fun flirty Ing, but also excited because I want to see Bank's acting skills since this is the first series I've seen him in and so far, he's getting added to my list of top actors to watch along with Top Form Boom and Nour Tongtong 👀

Also, hello Junior. when the scene first started, I was like hm... idk about this. and then the scene ended and I was like okay, fine. I see the vision now 🤣 can't wait to see their scenes together in the future though i do wonder how it'll be changed given that Itt was given a secondary character to interact with. I actually really loved Xiao Zhu & Sui Ying's relationship in the manhua, so I hope they keep it. He was the only person left for awhile that helped Sui Ying and stayed by his side even though he knew that the relationship would never go further because Sui Ying didn't love him but enjoyed his companionship.

Lastly, ohhh a boxing scene in ep 6 with Ing? I don't recall Sui Ying ever learning boxing and diving into Yok's passions, so this is a new for me. Love to see it though!!

I literally yelled that the entire movie LOL I was like if you just leave some folks behind in a safe area, it'd be much easier to move quickly. Like, to grab the vaccine, you could've left the 2 high school girls with the sister and maybe even the big dude. They don't contribute much anyways. But... movies. lol

Not perfect, but certainly new and entertaining! The cast was packed with a lot of famous veteran actors so acting was phenomenal. The concept of creating zombies with an alpha on purpose and having them have the ability to evolve and communicate is very interesting. And with all zombie films, there's always the irritating and dumb characters that I yell at to just leave behind lol

One thing that I found.... a bit lackluster were the deaths except for the sisters. Everyone else's death kind of fell flat for some reason - even the main villains. Their deaths all left me like that's it? It's over? They're dead? Like dead dead? 🤣 Maybe I'm just used to more prolonged scenes that make it feel more emotional. Like when Go Soo died, I was just like wait.... he died? Like that? Saving this stupid bully girl? ugh. He died so early on that I was like... was he just a cameo? LOL and then JCW's death also had me just like.... wow, just like that eh? Like, don't get me wrong, totally get what they were trying to do with the whole sister being the one killing him, but it just missed emotionally for some reason. The villain burning to death just had me lol. It was like, after all that, you accidentally burned to death. It just felt silly and maybe that's how they wanted it. His zombies trapped him by the fire and he couldn't escape lol idk, felt overall v lackluster. But overall, the movie was a fun and entertaining watch!

i'm kind of loving the grandma's. lol they both are kind of like....our granddaughter seems a little psychotic... so one stops spoiling her and tells her pretty much you reap what you sow and the other starts investigating the more sane seeming girl that looks like her granddaughter 🤣 cause she probably prefers that one and is hoping that her delusions of thinking she's actually her real granddaughter is not too delulu lol

Ohhh, okay, that makes sense. So the twin sister Aunt was okay with swapping in her daughter? does she know? im assuming she does given that she spoils her so much. And i'm assuming she swapped her because she had the child out of wedlock? so technically there would be no other way for her own daughter to be in the family without bringing shame? do you know who saved the real Wei Rao then and who was the corpse in that big vase thing instead? sorry for all the questions 😅

oh wait. maybe I've been reading the spoilers wrong...? i thought she was the daughter to the Aunt that has the other daughter we've seen, not the Aunt that always spoils her. cause the Aunt that always spoils her is her dad's twin, right? lol I always need a family tree for these Chinese historical shows because sometimes I even confuse their names when they go from using given names, to title names, to some other name they're given. 🫣😭😫

thiss!! it was shown when she was younger that she had marks and facial skin issues. like what is her skincare routine for it to be just as nice as a noblewoman?! 🤣
