I rarely write reviews, but for this drama? I might as well add this, it's well deserved haha and yes!!! I know the romance isn't front and center for this show but I think they portray relationships overall really well. they connect everyone as family and friends and they're not all just crazy people fighting just to fight but they all have a reason to do what they're doing. also, I just realized that the 2nd teacher that was sent in was so useless. what was his point? lmao he was there to bother Teacher Choi, then died within seconds ☠️

And yes!! I live for all the fight scenes. so honestly the beginning and end of the series was my favorite when Frank was hunting the ex-agents and then when our NK and SK fighters fought against each other.

don't worry, so did I. the sad thing is that neither side was the "bad" guy. they were all following orders. Kim Doo Sik did what he felt was merciful when he went on his mission and didn't try to kill all the NK soldiers while the NK soldiers weren't there to harm the kids and hesitated a lot even when they got in the way, except for the one that fought Kang Hoon LMAO that dude was going at it.

I honestly laughed when the 2 regeneration bros were just playing a game of war with each other's faces to see who gets knocked out first. I'm so glad they stuck with each other afterwards and that Huisoo was the one that bumped into him and comforted him after he lost his fellow friend and soldier. Neither the North or South agents wanted to kill one another. One side was following orders while the other side defended. So I found it hilarious when the dying North soldier questioned Mi Hyun on why she wanted to kill them all. Well, sir. You came to their country and threatened to kill them and they're worried for their children's lives. I honestly found it an interesting contrast in how Doo Sik and Mi Hyun handles fighting. Doo Sik tried to give them all mercy while Mi Hyun went for headshots.

Lmao also, while Kanghoon was getting beat up, I was just yelling for Daddy Kanghoon to get there already and he did NOT disappoint. Mans beat the shit out of everyone and then hobbled on out of there with his son in tow. All the while he left Juwon just dangling LOL

and bro, justice for Kim Doo Sik and Jo In Sung. He was there for a good minute and whelp, that was it. lol glad to see he was alive and reunited with his family though.

I feel like I missed something. Was the lady at the end that Kanghoon ran into at the agency and superior to Commisioner Min Yong Jun someone we saw before?

And it's sweet that the ahjumma and her son at the meat shop are so close with Mi Hyun. We saw how Mi Hyun struggled at the beginning so its nice to see that they kept that friendship alive all the way through.

Overall, I would LOVE a season 2 with more Kim Doo Sik, the return of the dude with the time stop super powers, and see everyone meet up again. This time Juwon and Mi Hyun met, but they fought separate battles until the end. Hoping they reunite Doo Sik and Juwon too! Their kids are already close friends ☺️ and I wonder how this is all gonna work with Kanghoon working for the NIS. Obviously, the new commissioner Ma Sung Goo is an ahole, so I wonder how things will go. Hoping to see Se Eun return too, revenge for her mom since Frank is alive and well and now the US is calling in Elias.

A special mention to Gi Soo and future reporter girls trauma bonding. haha it was sweet that he stayed and comforted her through that whole situation. Lastly, Daddy Juwon did not play around. Bye bye Mr. Mouse/Lizard man. No more tracking our super powered families 🙃

BUT if they chose to end it here. I also wouldn't be mad. why ruin a good thing? there's gonna be big expectations if they decide to run a sequel so I hope they execute it well.

honestly, I usually don't care for the GZS comedic breaks but lolol I do love the GZSxGYZ and SQxGYZ scenes. they're not overly comedic but adds just enough humor and sarcasm that it's fun to watch.

I really need a season 2 now. people really ended up guessing some of the twists: YWS having a twin, the Gong cousins working together and not actually at each other's throats 24/7, and something else was right, but I forgot lol

I'm surprised or slightly confused, I know YWS saw her crow/raven as a brother figure but what about SQ and hers? in his dying scene, it just felt a little more but at the same time not. And wait, does she or does she not like GSJ, cause if she really didn't, girl is a great actress lolol and you know she's truly psycho when she says everything with a smile on her face. I also really felt bad for Hanya Si, he raised both the Yun girls pretty much and couldn't offer them a better life and was truly sad to see them harmed. I was also sad about last wuji. she was such a good character only to be destroyed by her own foster/adoptive son because he crazy lol

loved seeing the cousins all working together these last few episodes. it was really nice to watch and even before the explanation, I loved seeing all the back Hill family members side with the sword wielder and YWS, even though they knew she was wufeng.

I need answers. is SQ really pregnant? omg, their baby would be so cute lmao who really is the wufeng leader? idk why I kept thinking it was probably a female from the Feng backhill clan. but what happened that made her become their enemy. what happened to YWS at the end? I hope GZY doesn't believe that she left him for freedom. don't the back Hill boys need a bride too? like where are these younger generations spawning from when I didn't see s single female character in the back hills. 🤔

who knew psychopathic tendencies were hereditary 😳 jkjk but the mom and son duo are pretty crazy. like imagine if they were both killers. the mom just seems like she doesn't care as long as it doesn't affect her career and she can cover it up. they're actually such a cute psycho duo LMAO and I love how he gets caught killing so he gives his mom a "gift" as an apology instead. can't wait to see how they utilize the Killing Vote for their own agenda

I normally come after watching the latest episode but today's episode hasn't been uploaded to my watching site yet 😮‍💨 so I came to see if there was a delay, but nope, people definitely have seen it LMAO and I don't think there's any big spoilers possible since it's an original storyline, right? all the trailer stuff I take as theories since no ones 100% sure and just speculating. and your PFP tho 😏

I'm rewatching from ep1 and honestly, wish Naju survived. she was a bad @ss female and smart for what she did for her daughter. and she hid guns everywhere in that shop LMAO

I LOVE that Mihyun is not messing around. the 2nd she heard they're killing everyone involved, she straight up went for the kill shot, no hesitation. she didn't kill the lady at first because she wasn't sure what their goal was and now that she knows, she's not playing when her son's life is at stake. glasses off and she's ready. I feel like she hasn't been shown to be an elite fighter in the past but was always hyped up about how amazing she was as a trainee. and I'm glad we got to see it. she's calm and understands that she needed to collect information and now that she knows the situation, she's ready to fight back. hoping for some awesome fight scenes next weeek

I need Juwon to get up and kick some butt here. and OMG Kanghoon!!! his dad is on the way too, so we are getting all the parents. WHERE YOU AT KIM DOO SIK?! better show up and save your son and his girl LOL highly doubt that but I assume Gyedo will show up and help them out.

it kind of sucks to see the kids having powers but not knowing how to utilize it since their parents were so worried about keeping them safe that they never taught them how to protect themselves. 🥲

I shouldn't have watched both episodes and will now continue to die as I wait for next week!!

edit: actually, thinking back, if they didn't kill Kim Doo Sik and only captured him. maybe now IS the time to release him. I mean, their plan of training the new generation is clearly being attacked. so who better to defend them other than one of the children's parents that's an elite soldier lol

can someone tell me whether the 2 brides are actually holding back? they're normally always defeated in a fight but a part of me wants to think they're still holding back to not reveal their true skills but also, idk LOL

agreed, the 2 ladies are the only ones thinking well even when they're caught and under watch. and it's even better to see they can cooperate when they're still untrusting of one another. better than all the Gong cousins together. lmao

not sure why people are hating on Zhang Ling He. I mean, he's acting how his character is written... gullible, trusting, and petty. lol and I think he's doing a fine job. the character does bother me but hey, both leads are literally smitten with their future brides and letting things slide. it's okay, they both have GYZ distrusting both ladies enough for them lmao

and honestly, at this point, you're wufeng, I'm wufeng, the entire Gong residence is wufeng. lol every time YWS fights with someone, they are suss.

and I really want to know who they're gonna make Wuming since that person is a skilled fighter.

very true. even as they distrust and use one another, they still have to work towards not dying, so in the end they work together for that common goal. it will be nice to see the 4 leads work together at one point to go against Wufeng, but who knows where this will lead to.

so, I totally started this at the wrong time and was left on the ep5 cliffhanger 😮‍💨

so far though, it seems like Kwon Min Seok killed the wrong person? it seems more believable that the housekeepers son was a cover up for the assembly woman's son (Lee Min Soo) every time he had an "accident" and he was the one that actually killed his daughter.

the daughter also seemed like she had a male friend that she always drew and I think that person is Kim Ji Hoon. she was killed when she was 6 and that was 8 years ago. if we assumed the boy was her age or 1-2 years older, then he would be 14-16 now, so in high school. also, his grandma wanted him to stay away from Joo Min cause her sister is a cop, so they seem to have a reason to keep a low profile.

I need to know who Lee Min Soo was as a teen though and what happened since officer Choo Jin Soo recognized him as someone else when they were at the school. it seems like he changed his name? maybe something happened to him as a teen so he also identifies himself as a victim that seeks justice. idk if he really is seeking "justice" as he seems suss to me with how he beat the actress up and his mother covered it up NBD. also, how his mother has someone watching him, it seems he either has a mental disorder (split personality) or he's just a sociopath.

I really hope Joo Min doesn't die. her and her sister are so sweet with each other. and also how she banters with Kim Moo Chan is fun LOL

and we definitely know Gaetal has to be an group of people. there's just no way 1 person is recording, streaming, killing, and getting all of it together. ji hoon (if I'm right with his connection to the daughter) should be the tech guy behind the scenes, hacking and deleting. the deliveryman is probably one of the runners, sending those packages and scoping out the guilty. there's someone else behind that mask though. I honestly think they might be using that LOKI site to scope out both victims and the guilty party. someone on the police force is definitely in on it, but who?

OMG, and it begins!! they really knew how to leave us on the worst cliffhanger as we all anticipate all the action and thrills in the next episode. from Bongseok/Huisoo and the bus driver to the school filled with both parent and the 2 suss teachers, security guard, and cleaner. oh, and i assume the NK "monsters" are also heading to the school? or to bongseok/huisoo? I thought when they put cleaner: I'm thinking the lady janitor at the school. ahhhh, can't wait for the next 2 episodes!!!!

can't wait for the last episode to be subbed! this has a been a pretty wonderful 14 episode ride. loved that it was a shorter series but was pretty gripping! awesome to see a more mature romance in dramas then your usual high school or ceo fall for poor girl cliches or people who work together fall in love type of story. they really just met one day, became friends, and became more.

last 2 episodes got me to change my rating to 8.5. haha I'm glad it's picking up again. I feel like the story was a little stalled with their romance and the whole Syaon, CEO music business. but we're now intensely back to the murder mystery and im glad to see Sol Hee helping and staying by Do Ha's side. and I love that they brought back her first customer, the gangster, from Episode 1. it makes it feel as though they're going full circle.

I'm assuming the killer is one of the brothers, either the CEO or the ahole younger brother. and the CEO made a deal with the mother saying he trusts do ha because he obviously knew who the real killer was.

I do feel bad for the ex GF though. but she approached every thing so....wrong. being so intensely overbearing with Do Ha and hiding her predicament at home. like it really couldn't be worst. because if I was Do Ha, all I'd see is my gf is being extremely needy, toxic, and crazy. he didn't even know her father came back to harass her. and he also truly loved her and came back to visit her as often as he could. this was just a terrible situation for both of them. I wish she had opened up more as to why she did what she did and why she felt that way. but she was also stuck between a rock and a hard placement 😞
