Is it just me? even when XY confesses to liking Jing, I can't feel the emotions. it's like she's just pursuing it because she knows he likes her and so, she's comfortable confessing as she's only reciprocating the sentiment.
and sorry for spamming comments. hahaha just commenting and watching at the same time.
I'm 16 episodes in and out of all the guys, I can't see her actually being in love with any of them except XL. Her feelings towards CX seems more like siblings/family and her feelings towards Jing seems more like affection between friends. I think I've yet to see one more person at this episode, right? At this point I'm just waiting for my own heartbreak. 😭
Come cry with us. We have chocolates and free hugs for all ♥️Here: https://kisskh.at/discussions/lost-you-forever/112255-xiang-liu-and-you-yes-youAnd…
OMG I can't mourn yet. but I already am. I'm only ep 10 and I'm dying. how XY calls for XL when Jing is caring for her. 🥲 and I've also be reading the threads as I watch and it's not making it any better haha
no lie, Shin Yu's scene with his parents was so cute. them trying to solve the puzzle together haha and lmao at all of Shin Yu's dialogue to Hong Jo was hilarious. I need the bts cause he surely cringed himself saying those things 🤣
they really went A+++ with the casting and pairing for this drama. both parents' storyline were incredible to watch and see how we got to present day. I'm wondering what they did to Doo Sik for him to be apart from his family for so long. and I know Ju Won didn't bond with his new team, but it's still sad to know that Frank literally killed them all except him. can't wait for next week!! ahhhh!!!
I can't tell if it's Jo Bo Ah's acting or her character that makes it so that I can't enjoy/like the show as much as I'd want to. The first 2 episodes were okay but Episode 3 really shows her social ineptness? like they're going to his villa to cast a spell to get rid of his illness yet the first things she talks about and gets all excited for randomly is camping and bbqing? I feel like I was so thrown for a loop. imagine someone has an illness that they can't cure and so they turn to a "spell" to try to get rid of it. I'd think it's pretty serious yet she's over here willy nilly telling him to go to the hospital when she herself just used a love spell. idk but I'm not really liking her acting or the character.
her coworkers are still pretty annoying but at least the new manager seems cool. seems like a no BS type of person. and is the love potion really working? like that's just lame if he has feelings for her because of a love spell. lol ugh I was enjoying it at first. but I might just let it run its course and come back at the end to binge. if not, I might just drop it halfway.
After reading some comments, the only scene I felt that was awkward or displayed Hong Jo's personality in a cringe/awkward way was when she was laughing super loudly as Shin Yu quietly read the spell book. It was just off-putting how she couldn't read the atmosphere until moments later. However, maybe that's how they wanted to show that she's slightly socially awkward because she's been by herself for so long. 🤷🏻♀️ overall, I think it's worth a watch. the premise of the story is interesting and I'd love to see how the story goes. is she a descendent of the shaman? why was she chosen? it seems like Shin Yu is the descendant of the person who killed the shaman? is that why his family has been cursed for generations (genetic illness)?
I feel like Yura has been typecast to always play a snooty, rich character. Hoping her character is slightly different this time, but lol... maybe not. I've never seen the SML in anything else so this is his debut drama for me hahahaha
oh, on a side note, I like the main leads banter. like when he first offered a ride and she declined and he continued to tease her about the reason and hoped she gets close to the bus driver, etc. 🤣 and when she called him a dog cause he said he was like a puppy. playful and fun. it was also funny when she barged in and he said it's not me before she even said anything. like we all knew why she would think that, but I just thought it was a nice touch that he said it and knew she wouldn't believe him and got the photo ready lmao
it's insane that the students loved Ji Sooheon enough to rally and all lie about the situation. I'd call that herd mentality and I must say, Gi Osung must've been sleezy enough behind the scenes that no one cared to tell the truth.
would've like a bit more on both Gi Oh Sung, Seok Jaebeom, and Kwon Se Jin. Did GOS actually die? Did SJB go to jail? and for someone that dated Park Wonseok and was pretty much the reason he ended up getting blackmailed, this dude should've spoke up from the very beginning. I don't even understand when someone randomly goes, you're the killer cause the killer had red shoelaces and everyone suddenly believes them. like wtf... where's the logic behind that? overall it was a fun watch though!

don't hate btw, it's just my opinion.
