My brain is fried, please can someone explain the ending? Also why did White have to die. 😢Tbh after Tee told…
white was a parallel to non in the narrative. that became obvious in tee's drug trip where the vision kept switching between the two. white was an innocent kid who got caught up by accident in the web of lies of this fucked up group, just like non. he had to die bc non died.
THE FUCK was that ending????!!!!Okay...this was exhausting...GOOD somehow, but extremely exhausting to watch!…
Phee is in a very similar situation to Tan here i think. Neither of them were really doing it for Non, they were just trying to alleviate their guilty counciousness bc they weren't there for him at the end. But tbf from the two of them Phee was actually pretty justified in "abandoning" Non. He was decieved, lied to and cheated on. Non seemed hesitant to even be in a relationship with him, Phee was the one who had to make a decision for the two of them. He even did too much with saving Non from jail. He should've pulled a Maxxine and be the only survivor of the massacre.
(And i think poor white unfortunately had to die bc he was obviously the parallel to non in the group: the innocent kid who got caught at the wrong place, at the wrong time, by the wrong crowd)
this series from por's perspective is insane. imagine you're just a regular high school mean girl. you just wanna call names and shove around your weird mentally ill classmate. you find out he has a hidden talent for writing. you use his talent and discard him. standard regina george stuff. but then all of your friends decide to be FREAKING CRIMINALS and now you're dead.
even fluke was witness/accomplice to most crimes commited here but por was just mostly unware of what was happening lol he was just a regular high school bully in the middle of a bunch of psychopaths.
people calling this cringy and unfunny are crazy. i tried watching the og japanese version and felt like i was dying of cringe at all times, couldn't even watch past 3 episodes. this is much more tame and enjoyable. i think the fact that heng acts so childish and over the top but everyone else around him acts normal was a nice touch. heng being so dramatic while the other characters are standing there just like '-' '-' '-' '-'got a few good giggles out of me.
Do you guys think there are chances of this show still happening now that Barcode is with GMM? A lot of people are speculating he'll be joining GMM more for music rather than for acting but I personally don't think so (he has too much acting talent and potential for GMM to use him JUST for music). I was really hyped for this since the pilot dropped bc it remind me a lot of the k-drama "W" (one of my favorite k-dramas ever), so hopefully this doesn't get fridged like Wuju Bakery...
just watched the first episode of this series... i'm sorry how can you call someone your best friend and then go on to try and set him up with a guy who YOU KNOW is a serial killer??????? absolutely insane behavior lol
They should've made this a basic 10 episodes series with QToey as the main couple and PhumPeem as the secondary…
I literally just commented this in anothed post hahaha
Having everything happen at once is feeling cluttered and repetitive. And QToey having a far superior storyline happen right in the middle of everything else is not doing the other couples any favors when it comes to keep the audience interested on them lol
I feel like this series would've been way better if it had been divided by story arcs. 16 episodes, 4 couples, 4 episodes to develop each one. The first 4 eps to develop FangTan and put them as an established couple (like the novel); then 4 eps for QToey's beautiful storyline; 4 eps for PhumPeen to work out their differences; and then the final 4 eps to actually develop ChainPun as characters and make them finally realize that friends don't act like they do.
Having everything happen at once is starting to feel very cluttered. Some storylines get dragged out, some get rushed. It feels like most characters are just floating around in a void. And QToey's far superior storyline is outshining the entire series, now everything else is gonna feel quite bland compared to them.
It can be anything, google drive, telegram, youtube, torrent...
