oh burning the hardwork of his son is the right thing to do, i believe he can set it aside and wait til kangho recovers and let them talk it out as a sane adult, since kangho dont understand the whole thing, if he didnt recover then there's no issue, she can buried it to god knows where... and pushing kang ho to get married when eventho his son dont want it, because she wanted someone to take care of his son before she die. well she's doing what she thought is right since she's a parent disregarding kangho's feeling. what a great parent.

from the start he is that controlling mom, after his husband die, she did not recover from the trauma and she believes what she taught will be good for his son. Mom's perspective it is, but I thought she learn something from before after his son's started to became cold and when she heard the flashback talk from Kangho's memory... Hiding / getting married off kang ho is her best choice since she was dying, tsk!
I love his mother, but it irks me that she always thought she "knows what best for his son". Deciding that he should study hard and not focus on anything else, pushing him to law school, and now deciding to forget his purpose being a prosecutor. I understand that he is not on the right mind now. But to push him to do anything else just because you know it will make him happy really annoys me. Ugh! the design is so controlling. the drama message does not suit on me.
Started so promising with beautiful leads and good enough acting to carry the drama but the process is so so disappointing,…

The showdown between the main guard and Kang San is so meh. I really don't understand why he needs to follow the retreating King alone when his sword skills is not that good.
The whole deceiving the King scenario is like a child play like the only one who believes the plot is the on inside.
He is just one step away in killing Yu ha. Just one more step. But they need to retreat even though they are like 20 villains or so..my head throb. I feel like this kind of things should not happened in Historical drama.
The Queen, oh there's a queen? a total wallflower. Cant even be a canon fodder. she just exist to lengthen the episodes minutes.
I thought when the little watchmen were captured there will be an epic do or die battle. But what a surprise Master Jang was just killed in somewhere in a palace. LOL
Kudos to us, who guess that Yu Ha will be the king...
Even Shi Yeol comeback seems abrupt but at least he had his HE so Im happy and all is well. prolly wont rewatch again.

Fast forwarded the last to eps just to know what will happen to Si Yeol. I feel like I've eaten a very beautiful dish with a bland taste. Such a waste.
