27/28 is my favorite episodes ever. I really envy that kind of relationship which Xing Ke Lei and Mi Ka have. This is a relationship goal guys! I feel anxious that this drama is more and more closer to end soon. We will seriously need some post-drama therapy later.

In the case of main couple, I also think they are both 26/27. Both XKL and MK have no experience in dating or love at all before. That's why they were so shy even for holding hands in their first date. For second leads, it's just her who is being aggressive chasing the guy. If you think by changing the gender roles of them, it would be some huge problem. Double standard probably!! I don't think it is a culture thing. Because of huge gap between male and female population in China, girls would rather stay neutral, neither conservative nor aggressive.
When the first casting of Sandra Ma and Bai Jingting as leads announced, I actually doubted the pairing and chemistry. Coz, this is not older woman & younger man romance and their age difference is 5 years. And, Bai Jingting looks so young irl, he could easily pass as 16-year old, lol. Here, they proved that I was wrong. Since the very first episode, they both slayed together or individually. Their chemistry turned out very natural and strong. I even forgot the age difference. Good job to both!!

I think they're just very good friends. Actually if you choose to act together onscreen with your real-life girlfriend, it would be more pressured and awkward.
