In the webtoon, Ryuk does break up with Ma Ha but there was no break-up scene because she was recovering from a car accident. He just left her and went to the States to study for five years. This was only because his older brother was behind Ma Ha's accident and in order to protect her, he had to do what his older brother wanted. However, he became a vocal member of Tea Party's fanclub and continued checking up on her and loved her the whole time. This surprised his brother that Ryuk could love one person for that long so when Ryuk returned, he and Ma Ha reunited.

Not sure if Yujin is extremely close but he does get along well with the other two members. It's just Hyun Oh is an ass to every one in the group.

It could be HO. In the webtoon, he's really bad news and Ryuk does take him out. He ends up kicked out of whatever band he was in and out in jail. So maybe, HO said something derogatory about Ma Ha and Ryuk couldn't hold back.

Totally. I cried with her but also was like "Yass, gurl! You tell him!" I hope they don't follow the webtoon by having her mad at Maha for being oblivious to other people's feelings. I also hope they don't give her an eating disorder. Yujin took HJ for granted and I hope he realizes that and grovels.

Yes! That what irks me! Like he has half a year before he turns 1000 years old, in which case he'll turn into an evil spirit (maechu? or whatever it is). Like, why isn't he more worried about that?

I thought this was going to be a fun and light drama also but I'm freaking crying along with the FL...my heart ached for all the horrible things ML said to her. But I can't totally hate him either bc they both misunderstood the other and when he realized his mistake, he was quick to make amends. I do like that problems were quickly resolved by the episode's end. I can't wait for their romance to begin bc I see the ML as a once and only guy and he'll be sweet and wanting to take care of the FL forever.

IKR...I mean, it could be classified as a forced triangle. Since SML and FL has the red string now though I'm not sure if that's real or not. It could be that entity(angel?) that follows the ML was toying with him.

SML likes the FL but she only has eyes for the ML. So one-sided love on the SML's side only. Not a love triangle.

I hope La Ri Ma end up being as awesome as she was in the webtoon. More girls supporting girls, please! Loving Hyuk and Dojin so much. In fact, I'm rather surprised by how funny this show is. Lee Jun Young is killing it in this role! He's so good and really cute with Jeong Ji So. Their BTS are adorable and their chemistry is amazing.

This. I also feel like he's grown as a person and is more caring and understanding. Hence why, he tells Ma Ha to take care of herself while also not hindering her romantic relationship with Ryuk. I hope the girls don't blame him once they find out his part in Annie's death. I get the feeling that Lia and Hyun Ji knew about Annie's romance with Eun Jo. It could explain why they hate Shax so much.

OMG! I totally hate that guy! But he's not much different from the big CEO's who only care about the bottom dollar. I hope the drama gives him a big comeuppance. I'm also not liking that one dude in Sparkling that picks on Yujin and was smiling happily at Ryuk's car crash. If he's Eden from the webtoon, he's bad news. Loving Ryuk and Ma ha so much, also C and D...haha, and Dojin and Hyuk and Ryuk's manager.

I love them, too! Their chemistry is adorbs and them being there for Ryuk is wonderful to see. They might not be totally carrying the whole show for me, but they definitely add a lot to my love for the drama! Dojin and his English has me dying and Hyuk is just he cutest!

Totally agree! I'd also like to add that while the other people think they are doing the right thing, what they really are is being selfish. Poor Ma Ha and Ryok can't help their feelings and yet they have so many restrictions and obstacles to overcome. While I do like Yujin, I do not have SLS here. Ma Ha has known him forever and has never expressed anything other than friendship. I find it demeaning that he thinks if he comes up to Ryok's top idol status, that he'll have a chance with Ma Ha. I'm loving Ryok so much, he's confident but also dorky and his falling in love with Ma Ha was so adorable to watch. Love the actor as well so count me as a new fan. As for Ma Ha, I like her character. She's determined and selfless and adorable. I don't see her as dumb at all. The only flaw with this show is that it airs once a week! It's my own fault for not waiting until the shoe finished airing before starting.
